कोरोना की तीसरी लहर ने 4 जुलाई को ही देश में दी दस्तक! टॉप वैज्ञानिक ने किया दावा

4 जुलाई को ही देश में आ चुकी है कोरोना वायरस की तीसरी लहर, हैदराबाद के टॉप वैज्ञानिक डॉ. विपिन श्रीवास्तव ने किया दावा, बोले- लापरवाही की तो चुकानी पड़ सकती है भारी कीमत

नई दिल्ली। कोरोना वायरस ( Coronavirus in india ) की तीसरी लहर ( Third Wave ) को लेकर जो आशंका जताई जा रही थी उस लहर ने देश में दस्तक दे दी है। ये दावा है हैदराबाद के बड़े वैज्ञानिक का। जाने-माने भौतिक विज्ञानी डॉ विपिन श्रीवास्‍तव ( Dr Vipin Srivastava ) ने दावा किया है कि देश में 4 जुलाई को ही तीसरी लहर आ चुकी है।

डॉ. श्रीवास्तव करीब 15 महीनों से कोरोना संक्रमण के आंकड़ों और मृत्यु दर का विश्‍लेषण कर रहे हैं।
डॉ. विपिन श्रीवस्तव हैदराबाद यूनिवर्सिटी के प्रो-वाइस-चांसलर भी रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि 4 जुलाई से कोरोना संक्रमण के नए मामले और मौतें इस बात का इशारा कर रही हैं कि देश में तीसरी लहर ने दस्तक दे दी है।

फरवरी जैसे हालात
यही नहीं उन्होंने ये भी बताया कि जुलाई के शुरुआती हफ्ते के हालात ठीक वैसे ही हैं, जैसे दूसरी लहर से पहले फरवरी के पहले हफ्ते के हालात थे। तब देश में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर ने दस्‍तक दी थी। यह अप्रैल में चरम पर पहुंच गई थी।

इस आधार पर किया दावा

  • तीसरी लहर की दस्तक को लेकर दावा करने वाले वैज्ञानिक डॉ. श्रीवास्तव ने जो आधार बनाया है उसके मुताबिक कोरोना के बढ़ने/घटने के मेट्रिक्‍स को कैलकुलेट करने के लिए उन्होंने 24 घंटों में कोरोना से मौतों और उसी अवधि में नए एक्टिव केस का अनुपात लिया।नए मामलों के मुकाबले ठीक होने वालों की संख्‍या ज्‍यादा रहने पर यह अनुपात निगेटिव रहता है। अनुकूल स्थिति तब आती है जब डेली डेथ लोड ( DDL ) कम या निगेटिव होता है।
  • श्रीवास्तव ने 24 घंटे की अवधि में संक्रमण से मृत्यु के मामलों और उसी अवधि में नये उपचाराधीन मरीजों की संख्या के अनुपात का विशेष तरीके से आकलन किया और इसे डीडीएल नाम दिया।
  • डॉ. श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक फरवरी के पहले सप्ताह के अंत में हमने डीडीएल में यह उतार-चढ़ाव शुरू होते देखा था। लेकिन उस समय संक्रमण से मृत्यु के मामले 100 के क्रम में या उससे भी कम थे। ऐसे में हमें लगा महामारी समाप्त हो रही है, लेकिन बाद में हालात भयावह हो गए। श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि चार जुलाई से भी इसी तरह की प्रवृत्ति की शुरुआत देखी जा सकती है।

इस बात को लेकर किया सतर्क
डॉ. श्रीवास्तव ने तीसरी लहर की दस्तक के दावे के साथ ही इस बात को लेकर सतर्क किया है कि कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल का ध्यान नहीं रखा तो इसकी भारी कीमत चुकानी पड़ सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि तीसरी लहर को काबू में रखने के लिए लोगों को सोशल डिस्‍टेंसिंग, सैनिटाइजेशन, मास्‍क पहनना और वैक्‍सीनेशन जैसे प्रोटोकॉल का हर हाल में पालन करना होगा। डॉ. श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि हमें अब यही उम्मीद और दुआ करनी चाहिए कि डीडीएल निगेटिव बना रहे।
