नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्रीय कृषि कानूनों को लागू करने पर रोक लगा दी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मंगलवार को किसानों के आंदोलन को लेकर लगाई गई याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई जिसके बाद शीर्ष अदालत ने इन कानूनों के लागू होने पर रोक लगा दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चार सदस्यीय कमेटी का गठन कर दिया है जिनमें कृषि विज्ञान से जुड़े विशेषज्ञ होंगे। ये कमेटी किसानों की आपत्तियों पर विचार करेगी। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लागू कृषक उपज व्यापार और वाणिज्य (संवर्धन और सुविधा) कानून 2020, कृषक (सशक्तीकरण एवं संरक्षण) कीमत आश्वासन और कृषि सेवा करार कानून 2020 और आवश्यक वस्तु (संशोधन) कानून 2020 को वापस लेने और न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर फसलों की खरीद की कानूनी गारंटी देने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
