समाज कल्याण सप्ताह 1 से 7 अक्टूबर तक
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। महात्मा गाँधीजी की जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा समाज कल्याण सप्ताह का आयोजन 1 से 7 अक्टूबर तक किया जाएगा। अनुसूचित जातियों एवं जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, अल्पसंख्यक, विशेष योग्यजन, महिलाओं और बच्चों को कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लाभांवित करने के साथ-साथ सामाजिक बुराइयों एवं कुरीतियों के विरूद्ध जन चेतना जागृत करना इन शिविरों की प्राथमिकता होगी।
अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (नगर) अरुण प्रकाश शर्मा ने बताया कि समाज कल्याण सप्ताह के अंतर्गत एक अक्टूबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वृद्धजन दिवस के साथ समाज कल्याण सप्ताह की शुरुआत होगी। दो अक्टूबर को अनुसूचित जातियों का कल्याण दिवस, तीन अक्टूबर को अपराधी सुधार दिवस, चार अक्टूबर को बाल दिवस, पांच अक्टूबर को महिला एवं बालिका कल्याण दिवस, छह अक्टूबर को जनचेतना दिवस और सात अक्टूबर को विशेष योग्यजन कल्याण दिवस के साथ समाज कल्याण सप्ताह का समापन होगा।
शर्मा ने सभी कार्यक्रमों में कोविड-19 एडवाइजरी की पूर्ण पालना सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही अभी कार्यक्रमों के सहभागियों को कोरोना से बचाव के सम्बंध में जागरूक करने के लिए निर्देशित किया है।
