देशनोक पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर गंभीर आरोप,बीते दस दिनों से अवैध हिरासत में युवक,परिजनों ने एसपी से लगाई गुहार

बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। देशनोक पुलिस की कार्यशैली को लेकर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए परिवादी ने एसपी के आगे न्याय की गुहार लगाई है। पुलिस पर आरोप है कि बीकानेर से भागे लड़का लड़की को सूरत से दस्तयाब कर 29 जुलाई को देशनोक थाने लाया गया था, ओर युवक के गिरफ्तार होने की जानकारी परिजनों को 1 अगस्त को दी गई। इससे भी बड़ी चोंकाने वाली बात यह है कि कल तक यानि 8 अगस्त उसे न्यायालय में पेश नही किया गया,जबकि हिरासत में लेने के 24 घण्टे के अंदर न्यायालय में पेश करना अनिवार्य है। देशनोक पुलिस ने इन सबको नजर अंदाज करते हुए युवक को बीते 10 दिनों से अवैध हिरासत में रख रखा है। ऐसा पीड़ित के भाई ने आरोप लगाते हुए लिखित में एसपी कार्यालय में परिवाद दिया है। इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री, गृहमंत्री से लेकर मानवाधिकार आयोग, आईजी,डीसी बीकानेर तक इस प्रकरण में न्याय की गुहार लगाई गई है।

देशनोक थाने में बीती 13 जुलाई को लड़की भगाने के आरोप में सुजासर निवासी युवक मनोज के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था। जिसकी तफ्तीश करते हुए देशनोक पुलिस सूरत पहुंची और लड़की व लड़के को दस्तयाब कर 29 जुलाई को देशनोक थाने लेकर आई । ओर तीन दिन बाद युवक के परिजनों को सूचना दी, लेकिन 10 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी पुलिस ने आरोपी युवक को अवैध हिरासत में रख रखा है उसे किसी भी न्यायालय में पेश नही किया गया है।जबकि कानूनन गिरफ्तारी के 24 घण्टे के अंदर न्यायालय में पेश करना अनिवार्य है। पीड़ित के भाई शिव सिंह ने देशनोक पुलिस के ऊपर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए एसपी को लिखित परिवाद दिया है। साथ ही संदेह जताया है कि जिस पुलिस अधिकारी ने सूरत से मनोज को गिरफ्तार किया शायद उसने जानबूझकर वंहा के सम्बंधित पुलिस थाना व न्यायालय को इत्तला नही दी हो, ऐसे में इसकी भी जांच की मांग पीड़ित के भाई ने की है। पीड़ित के भाई ने परिवाद में मांग की है कि अगर उसके भाई मनोज ने जुर्म किया है तो उसकी पहले जांच की जाए और अगर दोषी हो तो उसे कानूनन सजा दी जाए लेकिन अवैध तरीके से टॉर्चर नही किया जाए।
