रीट-2021 की तैयारियों को लेकर वीसी के माध्यम से समीक्षा,रीट परीक्षा देने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को मिलेगी निःशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा

जयपुर@जागरुक जनता। मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत ने कहा कि राजस्थान अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (रीट) 2021 में शामिल होने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को निःशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि रोडवेज की बसों के अलावा पर्याप्त संख्या में निजी बसों की व्यवस्था कर समस्त अभ्यर्थियों को निःशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा दी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि भर्ती परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक, डमी केन्डीडेट बैठाने एवं नकल कराने जैसे प्रकरणों में किसी भी सरकारी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी की संलिप्तता पाए जाने पर उसे सेवा से बर्खास्त किया जाए। साथ ही, किसी निजी स्कूल के कार्मिक अथवा स्कूल से जुड़े व्यक्ति की संलिप्तता पाई गई तो संबंधित स्कूल की मान्यता स्थायी रूप से समाप्त कर दी जाए।
श्री गहलोत गुरूवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास पर रीट की तैयारियों को लेकर वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से आयोजित उच्च-स्तरीय बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में नकल गिरोह द्वारा नकल कराने जैसे प्रकरण सामने आने के बाद अभ्यर्थियों की मेहनत पर पानी फिर जाता है। ऎसे में, इन नकल गिरोहों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र पर लापरवाही नहीं बरती जाए। परीक्षा केन्द्राें पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जाएं। उन्होंने माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड एवं जिला कलेक्टरों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रश्न पत्रों के प्रिटिंग प्रेस से परीक्षा केन्द्राेंं तक पहुंचने और वहां खोलने तक की पूरी प्रक्रिया की वीडियोग्राफी कराई जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि रीट परीक्षा में शामिल हो रहे अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर मोबाइल फोन लेकर नहीं जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रीट-2021 सहित भविष्य में होने वाली समस्त प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक एवं नकल जैसी घटना होने पर सभी जिम्मेदारों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि रीट परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले हमारे नौजवान अभ्यर्थी आने वाले समय में प्रदेश का भविष्य है। ऎसे में परीक्षा देने आए अभ्यर्थियों विशेषकर महिला अभ्यर्थियों को ठहरने एवं खाने-पीने की परेशानी हो, तो जनप्रतिनिधि, समाजसेवी एवं स्वयंसेवी संस्थान आगे बढ़कर इन अभ्यर्थियों की मदद करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला कलेक्टर जिले में स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं से बात कर उन्हें मदद के लिए तैयार करें।
श्री गहलोत ने कलेक्टर-एसपी को निर्देश दिए कि रीट परीक्षा के दौरान कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनी रहे यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए। साथ ही, वे निरंतर भ्रमण कर व्यवस्थाओं की निगरानी करें। उन्होंने हर जिले में कन्ट्रोल रूम स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि अभ्यर्थी विशेषकर महिला अभ्यर्थी किसी तरह की परेशानी होने पर सूचना दे सकें।
परिवहन मंत्री श्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास ने कहा कि रोडवेज की समस्त बसें अभ्यर्थियाें की निःशुल्क यात्रा के लिए उपलब्ध रहेंगी। साथ ही, लोक परिवहन एवं अन्य निजी बसों की भी व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संबंध में परिवहन अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री श्री गोविन्द सिंह डोटासरा ने कहा कि विभाग द्वारा पारदर्शिता के साथ रीट परीक्षा सम्पन्न कराने के लिए समस्त तैयारियां की गई हैं। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि पेपर लीक एवं नकल को रोकने के लिए परीक्षा केन्द्र के अन्दर किसी के भी मोबाइल ले जाने पर पूर्णतः पाबन्दी लगाई जाए। पेपर लीक एवं नकल में शामिल गिरोह एवं कोचिंग सेन्टर पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा केन्द्र मेें प्रवेश के समय अभ्यर्थियों से पहले वाला मास्क लेकर परीक्षा हॉल में नया मास्क उपलब्ध कराया जाए, ताकि मास्क में ब्लूटुथ लगाकर नकल करने की घटनाओं को रोका जा सके।

बैठक में अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव स्कूल शिक्षा श्री पीके गोयल ने 26 सितम्बर को दो पारियों में आयोजित होने वाली रीट-2021 परीक्षा को लेकर की गई तैयारियों के बारे में विस्तृत प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया। उन्होेंने बताया कि प्रदेश में 3993 परीक्षा केन्द्र बनाए गए हैं। परीक्षा के लिए 16 लाख 22 हजार 19 अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया है। रेलवे ने अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 11 विशेष ट्रेन चलाने की सहमति दी है। कुछ और विशेष ट्रेन के लिए रेलवे से अनुरोध किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि रेलवे स्टेशन एवं महत्वपूर्ण बस स्टैण्डों पर कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट एवं पुलिस जाप्ता तैनात रहेगा।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड अजमेर के चेयरमेन श्री डीपी जारोली ने बताया कि परीक्षा सामग्री जिलों में पहुंचाई जा रही है। संवेदनशील परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर विशेष व्यवस्था की जा रही है। पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री एमएल लाठर ने बताया कि परीक्षा के दौरान कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए सभी जरूरी तैयारियां की गई है। उपलब्ध पुलिस फोर्स को रेलवे स्टेशन, बस स्टैण्ड, प्रमुख कस्बों, बाजारों एवं परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर तैनात किया जाएगा। नकल रोकने के लिए इंटेलिजेंस इनपुट एवं टेक्नीकल सर्विलांस के आधार पर एसओजी एवं अन्य एजेंसियां सर्तकता के साथ कार्य कर रही हैं।
बैठक में मुख्य सचिव श्री निरंजन आर्य, प्रमुख शासन सचिव गृह श्री अभय कुमार, अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक कानून व्यवस्था श्री सौरभ श्रीवास्तव, एडीजी (एसओजी) श्री अशोक राठौड़ ने भी प्रशासन एवं पुलिस द्वारा की गई व्यवस्थाओं एवं तैयारियों के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। प्रमुख शासन सचिव वित्त, संभागीय आयुक्त, जिला कलेक्टर, एसपी, जिला परिवहन अधिकारी, शिक्षा विभाग एवं माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड सहित रीट परीक्षा से जुड़े विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी भी वीसी में शामिल हुए।
