रिटर्न लॉकडाउन : डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख बोले- कोविड-19 महामारी का अंत अभी काफी दूर है, महाराष्ट्र में कल रात से ब्रेक द चेन अभियान
मुंबई । विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) के प्रमुख टेड्रोस अदनोम गेब्रेयसस ने कहा है कि भले ही दुनियाभर में अब तक कोविड-19 टीकों की 78 करोड़ से अधिक खुराकें दी जा चुकी हैं, लेकिन महामारी का अंत अब भी काफी दूर है। डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख ने कहा, ‘दुनियाभर में जनवरी और फरवरी में लगातार छह हफ्तों तक संक्रमण के मामलों में कमी देखी गई। अब हम लगातार सात सप्ताह से मामलों में वृद्धि देख रहे हैं और चार सप्ताह से मौत के मामलों में इजाफा हो रहा है। पिछले सप्ताह, एक सप्ताह में सबसे अधिक मामले सामने आए। उससे पहले तीन बार उससे ज्यादा मामले आए हैं। एशिया और पश्चिम एशिया के कई देशों में मामलों में भारी वृद्धि देखने को मिली है।’ उन्होंने पत्रकारों से कहा कि दुनियाभर में कोविड-19 रोधी टीकों की 78 करोड़ से अधिक खुराकें दी जा चुकी हैं। वहीं, डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख ने आगाह किया कि महामारी का अंत दूर है लेकिन दुनिया के पास आशावादी होने के कई कारण हैं। बता दें कि चीन के वुहान शहर में दिसंबर 2019 में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण का पहला मामला सामने आया था। अब तक दुनियाभर में 13,65,00,400 लोग इसकी चपेट में आ चुके हैं। इनमें से 29,44,500 की मौत हो चुकी है।

राज्य के नाम संबोधन में महाराष्ट्र सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि राज्य में परीक्षाएं टाली गई हैं। यहां कोरोना वायरस नियंत्रण के बाहर हो गया है। कोरोना की लिए तैयार की गई सारी सुविधाएं कम पड़ने लगी है। हालात बेहद डरावने हो गए हैं। महाराष्ट्र के अस्पतालों में जबरदस्त दबाव है। केंद्र सरकार से हमने और ऑक्सीजन की मांग की है। हम बाकी राज्यों से भी ऑक्सीजन की मांग कर रहे हैं। सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे ने ऐलान किया है कि महाराष्ट्र में कल रात 8 बजे से सख्त पाबंदियां लागू होंगी। कल से ब्रेक द चेन अभियान शुरू होगा। महाराष्ट्र में जरुरी सेवाएं छोड़कर सभी सेवाओं पर रोक लगा दी गई है। सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि15 दिन तक केवल जरूरी सेवाएं जारी रहेंगी। बिना जरूरत कहीं भी आना-जाना बंद रहेगा। पूरे राज्य में धारा 144 लागू रहेगी। बेवजह घर से निकलने पर बैन रहेगा। लोकल और अन्य बसें चलती रहेंगी। ऑटो-टैक्सी की सेवाएं भी जारी रहेंगी। बैंक के कामकाज जारी रहेंगे।
