रीट-2021 परीक्षा में सेंध लगाने वाला नकल गिरोह का सरगना तुलसाराम बीकानेर पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ चुका है । जिसके बाद एक के बाद एक परते खुलती जा रही है । गिरोह का सरगना का प्रदेशभर इतना मजबूत नेटवर्क था कि बड़े स्तर पर नकल करवाने की तैयारी थी, जिसके लिए नकल गिरोह ने परीक्षा केन्द्र तक की सेटिंग कर रखी थी।
चप्पल से नकल नाम से मशहूर इस गिरोह की गैंग के सामने आने के बाद से प्रदेश भर में हड़कंप मच गया था। पुलिस ने जब इस गैंग के सदस्यों को दबोचा तो शुरुआती जांच में पुलिस को गैंग के सदस्यों से 25 कैंडिडेट्स को ही नकल कराने की बात सामने आ रही थी, लेकिन गैंग के सरगना तुलसाराम की गिरफ्तारी के बाद ये संख्या बढक़र 100 तक पहुंच रही है। पुलिस को शक है कि मास्टर माइंड तुलसाराम की सेंटर सेट करने तक पहुंच थी। जानकारी तो यह सामने आ रही है कि बीकानेर के लूणकरणसर में ऐसी जगह सेंटर बनाए गए थे, जहां पहले कभी एग्जाम नहीं हुए थे।
पुलिस को अंदेशा है कि जिस तरह सेंटर्स की सेटिंग की गई वो गड़बड़ थी। ऐसे स्कूल व कॉलेज को सेंटर बना दिया गया, जो पहले कभी सेंटर नहीं रहे। बड़े सरकारी स्कूल को नजरअंदाज किया गया। इसलिए माना जा रहा है कि तुलसाराम की गैंग सिर्फ नकल कराने का काम नहीं कर रही थी, बल्कि सेंटर्स को सेट कराने में भी बड़ी भूमिका निभाई। ताकि उन सेंटर्स पर आसानी से नकल कराई जा सके। उसकी गैंग के दो सदस्यों को लूणकरनसर से गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस सवाल का जवाब भी गंगाशहर पुलिस ढूंढ रही है।

एसपी के निर्देशन में गठित स्पेशल टीम ने तुलसाराम को दबोचने के लिए कई पापड़ बेले, तब जाकर वह पकड़ में आया। वंही प्रदेश की सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा में सरकारी तंत्र फेल करने की कोशिश को लेकर मास्टरमाइंड को पकड़ने के लिए पुलिस मुख्यालय से लेकर सीएमओ से दिशानिर्देश दिए जा रहे थे। इस दौरान बीकानेर पुलिस को खुफिया इनपुट मिला कि मास्टरमाइंड तुलसाराम दीपावली पर चोरी छिपे बीकानेर आएगा, जिस पर पुलिस ने सूचना पर बारीकी से विश्लेषण किया । इस दौरान साइबर सेल को तकनीकी संसाधनों से आरोपी के जयपुर में होने का पता लगा । जिस पर बीकानेर से इस तरह के ऑपरेशन को अंजाम देने वाली पुलिस टीम का गठन कर उन्हें जयपुर भेजा गया। टीम ने जयपुर पहुंचकर उसके माय हवेली में छिपे होने की पुष्टि की। इसके बाद पुलिस ने मास्टरमाइंड तुलसाराम को दबोचने के लिए रणनीति तैयार की । आरोपी तुलसाराम पूर्व में पुलिस की नोकरी कर चुका है ऐसे में वह पुलिस की हर चाल से वाकिफ था, इसलिए वह बिल्डिंग के सबसे ऊपरी फ्लोर पर रह रहा था। फ्लोर की बालकनी से वह दूर तक नजर रखता था। बिल्डिंग में आने वाला हर व्यक्ति उसकी नजर से होकर गुजरता था।पुलिस को उसकी हर एक चाल का पता था इसलिए पुलिस टीम में कोई दूधवाला बना तो कोई डिलीवरी मैन व इलेक्ट्रिशियन बना। उसके फ्लेट का जैसे ही पता चला । पुलिस टीम ने हुलिया बदलकर उसके फ्लेट के गेट की बैल बजाई जैसे ही उसने दरवाजा खोला, भेष बदले पुलिसकर्मियों ने आरोपी तुलसाराम को दबोच लिया।जिसके बाद पुलिस ने राहत की सांस ली है। हालांकि अभी इसके नेटवर्क का पता लगाया जा रहा है कि इस कांड में आरोपी के साथ कौन-कौन शामिल है।
