प्रशासन के लिए जयपुर एयरपोर्ट के यह आंकड़े इसलिए भी चिंता बढ़ाने वाले हैं, क्योंकि मई माह के दौरान हालात और भी बदतर रहे हैं। मई माह के पहले सप्ताह से ही फ्लाइट संचालन का आंकड़ा अत्यधिक कम रहा है। पूरे माह जयपुर एयरपोर्ट से रोज औसतन 7 से 8 फ्लाइट ही संचालित हुई हैं। ऐसे में आगामी दिनों में जब मई के आंकड़े जारी होंगे तो रैंक और नीचे गिरना तय माना जा रहा है।
एयरपोर्ट का रिपोर्ट कार्ड
अप्रैल 2021 में जयपुर एयरपोर्ट से 1.64 लाख यात्रियों ने यात्रा की। अब तक जयपुर दिल्ली, मुंबई, बैंगलुरू, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, अहमदाबाद, कोचीन, पुणे, गोवा, गुवाहाटी से पीछे रहता आया है। वहीं लखनऊ से अक्सर आगे-पीछे बने रहने की प्रतिस्पर्धा रहती है। लेकिन इस बार लखनऊ ही नहीं पटना, श्रीनगर और बागडोगरा एयरपोर्ट भी जयपुर से आगे निकल गए हैं। लखनऊ से 2.57, पटना से 2.87, श्रीनगर से 2.54 और बागडोगरा से 1.80 लाख यात्रीभार रहा है।
