चारागाह विकास पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन: राजस्थान कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान, जयपुर में सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न
जयपुर: राजस्थान कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान,दुर्गापुरा जयपुर में आज “चारागाह विकास: विकसित राजस्थान का आधार” विषय पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यशाला श्री कर्ण नरेंद्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, जोबनेर एवं फाउंडेशन फॉर इकोलॉजिकल सिक्योरिटी, राजस्थान के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य राजस्थान में चारागाह विकास के लिए प्रभावी नीतियों का निर्माण करना और उनके क्रियान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक कदमों पर विचार-विमर्श करना था।
कार्यशाला के मुख्य अतिथि सांसद सिरोही-जालौर, श्री लुंबा राम चौधरी ने अपने संबोधन में चारागाहों के विकास को राजस्थान की समृद्धि का आधार बताया। उन्होंने कहा, “चारागाहों का सतत विकास हमारे पशुपालन उद्योग, ग्रामीण रोजगार, जैव विविधता संरक्षण और मृदा सुधार के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है।” साथ ही, उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा शुरू किए गए ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेने का आह्वान किया और लगाए गए पौधों के संरक्षण पर जोर दिया। श्री चौधरी ने मनरेगा के तहत गोचर भूमि के संरक्षण और वृक्षारोपण की आवश्यकता को भी रेखांकित किया।
शिक्षा एवं पंचायती राज मंत्री, श्री मदन दिलावर ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर कार्यशाला में सहभागिता की। उन्होंने अपने संदेश में कहा, “चारागाहों का विकास पर्यावरणीय संतुलन बनाए रखने के साथ-साथ पंचायती राज व्यवस्था को भी सुदृढ़ करता है। चारागाहों का संरक्षण न केवल पशुधन के लिए बल्कि ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए भी आवश्यक है।”
कार्यशाला की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कुलपति श्री बलराज सिंह ने कहा, “पशुधन का स्वास्थ्य और उनकी उत्पादकता चारागाहों में चरने से बेहतर रहती है। चारागाह विकास के बिना राजस्थान का समग्र विकास संभव नहीं है।” उन्होंने चारागाहों में चराई के सिद्धांतों की पालना की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हुए कहा कि श्री कर्ण नरेंद्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय चारागाह प्रबंधन और पशुपालन में अनुसंधान और तकनीकी विकास पर विशेष ध्यान दे रहा है। फाउंडेशन फॉर इकोलॉजिकल सिक्योरिटी के प्रतिनिधियों ने स्थानीय समुदायों की भागीदारी से चारागाह प्रबंधन को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने पर जोर दिया और चारागाह संरक्षण की दिशा में किए गए अपने कार्यों की जानकारी दी।
कार्यशाला के दौरान विभिन्न विषय विशेषज्ञों ने अपने शोध और अनुभव साझा किए और चारागाह विकास के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। कार्यशाला में किसानों, पशुपालकों, वैज्ञानिकों, और पर्यावरणविदों की उपस्थिति उल्लेखनीय रही। आयोजन सचिव डॉ. सुनील दाधीच ने बताया कि इस कार्यशाला में राजस्थान के विभिन्न हिस्सों से आए विशेषज्ञों ने भाग लिया और राज्य के चारागाह सुधार के लिए उपयोगी सुझाव दिए।
कार्यशाला में पदम श्री लक्ष्मण सिंह, शिवकरण जानू, कैलाश सुथार सहित अन्य विशेषज्ञों ने अपने विचार रखे। इस अवसर पर कृषि अनुसंधान निदेशक डॉ. मोहन लाल जाखड़, रारी निदेशक डॉ. सुनीता गुप्ता, निदेशक शिक्षा डॉ. एन. के. गुप्ता, चारागाह विकास संस्थान झांसी के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक डॉ. राजीव अग्रवाल, एवं शांतनु सिन्हा रॉय, राज्य प्रमुख, फाउंडेशन फॉर इकोलॉजिकल सिक्योरिटी सहित कई गणमान्य अतिथियों ने भी अपनी सहभागिता निभाई। कार्यक्रम के अंत में सह-अधिष्ठाता डॉ. उम्मेद सिंह ने सभी का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
