बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी ने ’मेरा क्षेत्र-मेरी जिम्मेदारी अभियान के तहत गुरूवार को अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र कोलायत की 6 ग्राम पंचायतों का दौरा कर, क्षेत्र में कोरोना संक्रमण, पानी-बिजली के बारे में संबंधित अधिकारी और ग्रामीणों से फीड बैक लिया।
उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भाटी विधानसभा क्षेत्र श्रीकोलायत के गांवों का लगातार दौरा कर, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर नजर बनाए रखे हुए। उन्होंने प्रत्येक उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर पहुंचकर वहाँ की स्थितियों का जायजा लिया और कहा कि क्षेत्र के सभी राजकीय चिकित्सा संस्थाओं में संसाधन उपलब्ध करवाना मेरी जिम्मेदारी है। प्रत्येक उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर मांग के अनुरूप विधायक निधि कोष, भामाशाहों के सहयोग से मौके पर ही घोषणा करवाकर सुविधाएं दिलवा रहे हैं। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत बज्जू तेजपुरा, मिठडिया, कोलासर पश्चिम, पाबूसर, भडल (गोगडियावाला), फुलासर छोटा व फुलासर बड़ा और मोडायत के उपस्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों का दौरा कर, मौके पर ही चिकित्सा संसाधन उपलब्ध कराए। उन्होंने इन केन्द्रों के स्टाॅफ, आंगबाड़ी कार्यकताओं को मास्क, सेनेटाइजर, पल्स आक्सी मीटर, थर्मा मीटर आदि भेंट किए।
ग्राम पंचायत मिठडिया व गोगडियावाला की पेयजल स्कीम बनेगी-उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भाटी को बज्जू तेजपुरा में ग्रामीणों ने पानी, बिजली की समस्या से अवगत करवाया, जिसपर उन्होंने अधीक्षण अभियन्ता जलदाय दीपक बंसल से त्वरित समस्या का समाधान हेतु निर्देशित किया। ग्राम पंचायत मिठडिया में ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि गांव में पानी की बड़ी समस्या है। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों की पेयजल समस्या का समाधान करने के लिए 3 करोड़ 85 लाख की लागत से स्कीम बनाकर घर घर पेयजल पहुचाने की घोषणा की। गांव पाबूसर व ग्राम पंचायत गोगडियावाला में पेयजल समस्या के स्थाई समाधान के लिए उन्होंने कहा कि 1 करोड़ 11 लाख रूपये की लागत की पेयजल स्कीम बनाई जायेगी। शीघ्र ही इन पेयजल स्कीम को स्वीकृत करवाकर, मूर्तरूप दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत गोगडियावाला में ग्रामीणों द्वारा उप स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में नया प्रसूति गृह बनाने की मांग पर विधायक निधि कोष से 10 लाख रूपये दिए जाने की घोषणा की।

उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भाटी ने उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के निरीक्षण के दौरान ग्राम स्तरीय निगरानी एवं सतर्कता समिति के सदस्यों से संवाद भी किया। इस दौरान कोर कमेटी के सदस्यों का आह्वान किया कि प्रत्येक घर-गाँव-ढाणी तक पहुँचकर जनता को इस महामारी के प्रति सतर्क करें। साथ ही डोर टू डोर सर्वे की जानकारी ले और कोरोना संक्रमित मिले तो उसका उपचार शुरू करवाते हुए इसकी प्रभावी माॅनिटरिंग करें। रोगी के गंभीर होने पर उसे तत्काल बीकानेर रैफर किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार कोविड-19 के संक्रमण के नियंत्रण, कोविड प्रबंधन, घर घर सर्वे, हैल्थ इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के सुदृढ़ीकाकरण की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने विभिन्न लक्षित समूहों के टीकाकरण की समीक्षा भी की। उन्होंने कहा कि घर-घर हैल्थ सर्वे के दौरान बीपी व शुगर से शरीर में होने वाले रोगों के बारे में ग्रामीणों को जानकारी दी जाएं। साथ ही उन्होंने कोरोना की सम्भावित तीसरी लहर के मद्देनजर ग्रामीणों को सजग रहने को कहा और कोविड संक्रमण की रोकथाम और तीसरी लहर पर नियंत्रण की पूर्व तैयारी को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारी व कोर कमेटी से चर्चा की।
