जयपुर। कांग्रेस विधायक दिव्या मदेरणा ने मंगलवार को विधानसभा में अपनी ही सरकार के पीएचईडी मंत्री डॉ महेश जोशी को रबर स्टैंप बताया था। इसके बाद वे पार्टी नेताओं के निशाने पर आ गईं, लेकिन बुधवार को कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास ने दिव्या के बयान का समर्थन किया। खाचरियावास ने कहा- कोई भी विधायक जब सदन में बोलता है तो उसकी बात को गंभीरता से लेना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। दिव्या मदेरणा ने जो मुद्दे उठाएं हैं, वो मुद्दे जनता और कार्यकर्ता की आवाज हैं।
उन्होंने कहा सदन में विधायक दिव्या मदेरणा ने यह मामला उठाया है तो गम्भीर है। ऐसे अधिकारी जो जनता और एमएलए की आवाज सुनकर काम नहीं करते हैं, जो सरकार की जन कल्याण और विकास की योजनाओं को जनता तक नहीं पहुंचाते, उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होगी।
अधिकारियों को चेतावनी
खाचरियावास ने कहा कि जो अधिकारी कार्यकर्ता या जनता की सुनवाई नहीं करते, MLA के अनुसार काम नहीं करते हैं, उन्हें अब सुधर जाना चाहिए। जनता सरकार की नीतियों के इम्प्लीमेंटेशन के आधार पर वोट देती है। गहलोत सरकार का बजट बहुत अच्छा है। अगर कोई अधिकारी सरकार की नीति और नीयत के खिलाफ जाकर विधायकों की मर्जी के खिलाफ काम करता है, तो उस पर एक्शन होगा, क्योंकि विधायक जनता की आवाज बनकर लड़ते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि विधायकों की आवाज सुनना और सरकार की पॉलिसी को जनता तक पहुंचाना अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी है। खाचरियावास ने कहा ऐसे अधिकारियों को समझ लेना चाहिए कि देश लोकतंत्र से चलता है। लोकतंत्र जनता के वोट से बनता है। MLA मिलकर सरकार को चुनते हैं। इसलिए हर MLA की बात को सुनकर उनका सम्मान करना चाहिए। मंत्री के नाते हम ऐसे अधिकारियों को चिन्हित करेंगे और सरकार विधायकों की नहीं सुनने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करेंगे।
