डॉ. कल्ला ने दोनों पक्षों को साथ लेकर पूरे घटनाक्रम पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने स्व. मघाराम भाटी की मृत्यु पर संवेदना जताई और कहा कि दुःख की इस घड़ी में वे स्व. भाटी के परिजनों के साथ हैं। इस दौरान दोनों पक्षों द्वारा इस निर्णय पर सहमति जताई गई कि बीकेइएसएल द्वारा स्व. मघाराम भाटी के पुत्र को 15 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह की अनुकंपात्मक नियुक्ति दी जाएगी। वहीं कंपनी द्वारा 9 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही डॉ. कल्ला ने दोनों पक्षों से आपसी सहमति के आधार पर एक-दूसरे के विरूद्ध किए गए मुकदमे वापस लेने की बात कही। इस पर भी दोनों ओर से सहमति जताई गई। डॉ. कल्ला ने बीकेइएसएल के सीओओ शांतनु भट्टाचार्य को मुआवजा राशि और अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति के लिए नियुक्ति पत्र 15 सितम्बर तक देने के लिए निर्देशित किया। दोनों पक्षों के बीच सहमति बनाने में त्रिलोकी कल्ला ने प्रभावी भूमिका निभाई।
