नयाशहर थाना से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार विगत 3 फरवरी को परिवादी संजय सांखला पुत्र घनश्याम जाति माली निवासी नत्थुसर बास बीकानेर ने रिपोर्ट दी कि उसकी ज्यूस की दुकान करमीसर तिराहा भूतनाथ मंदिर के पास है, वह दुकान पर बैठा था तभी भवानी सिंह व तीन- चार आदमी आए और ज्यूस का आर्डर दिया । परिवादी ने बताया वह ज्यूस बना रहा था इतने में ही भवानी सिंह व उसके साथ आये लड़कों ने लाठी व सरियों से मारपीट मारपीट शुरु कर दी, व गल्ले को दुकान से उठाकर बीच सड़क पर फेंक दिया । परिवादी की रिपोर्ट पर मारपीट व छीना झपटी की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर अनुसंधान शुरू किया गया । इस दौरान एसपी प्रीति चन्द्रा ने आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के निर्देश दिए, और सीओ सिटी सुभाष शर्मा व नयाशहर थानाधिकारी गोविन्दसिंह चारण पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक के नेतृत्व में विशेष टीम गठित की गई । पुलिस टीम द्वारा आरोपियों की सरगर्मी से तलाश की गई, साथ ही उनके संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दी गई । वंही साईबर सेल के हैड कॉन्स्टेबल दीपक की इसमे मदद ली गई और अंततः एक आरोपी की लोकेशन पुख्ता होने पर पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी भवानी सिंह पुत्र सवाई सिंह उम्र 23 साल निवासी डी 72 करणी कृपा सदन मुरलीधर व्यास कॉलोनी बीकानेर को धर दबोचा । पुलिस टीम आरोपी को मारपीट व छीना झपटी के मामले में गिरफ्तार कर गहनता से पूछताछ की तो आरोपी भवानी सिंह ने थाना पूगल क्षेत्र में विगत 16 दिसंबर 2020 को मोहम्मद सदीक के साथ हुई 3.50 लाख रुपये नगदी की लूट की वारदात करना स्वीकार किया है, पुलिस आरोपी से गहनता से पूछताछ कर रही है, उक्त वारदात के अलावा अन्य वारदातों का भी खुलासा हो सकता है, आरोपी के अन्य तीन साथियों की तलाश जारी है ।
