नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में गुरुवार को राज्य बोर्डों की 12वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा रद्द करने की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई। इस दौरान कोर्ट ने सभी राज्य शिक्षा बोर्डों को निर्देश दिया कि वे 31 जुलाई तक 12वीं कक्षा का रिजल्ट घोषित करें। साथ ही कोर्ट ने उन्हें 10 दिन में इंटरनल असेसमेंट स्कीम तैयार करने के लिए कहा है।
इससे पहले कोर्ट ने पूरे भारत में सभी राज्यों के बोर्डों के लिए असेसमेंट की एक जैसी स्कीम बनाने के संबंध में आदेश पारित करने से इनकार कर दिया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अलग-अलग राज्य बोर्डों के अलग-अलग सिद्धांत हैं, इसलिए हम ऐसा आदेश पारित नहीं कर सकते।

पिछले हफ्ते CBSE बोर्ड की 12वीं कक्षा का रिजल्ट तैयार करने को लेकर बनी 13 सदस्यीय कमेटी ने भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी थी। दी। इसमें बोर्ड ने रिजल्ट जारी करने के फॉर्मूले के बारे में बताया था। बोर्ड के मसौदे के मुताबिक, 10वीं, 11वीं और 12वीं के प्री-बोर्ड के परिणाम को फाइनल रिजल्ट का आधार बनाया जाएगा। बोर्ड ने 31 जुलाई को रिजल्ट जारी करने की बात कही थी। कोर्ट ने बोर्ड के मसौदे को मंजूरी भी दी थी
क्या था असेसमेंट का फॉर्मूला
12वीं की मार्कशीट तैयार करने के लिए CBSE के फॉर्मूले के तहत 10वीं के 5 सब्जेक्ट में से जिन 3 में छात्र ने सबसे ज्यादा स्कोर किया होगा, उन्हीं को रिजल्ट तैयार करने के लिए चुना जाएगा।
इसी तरह 11वीं के पांचों विषयों का एवरेज लिया जाएगा और 12वीं कक्षा के यूनिट, टर्म और प्रैक्टिकल में प्राप्त अंकों को रिजल्ट का आधार बनाया जाएगा।
10वीं और 11वीं के नंबर को 30-30% और 12वीं के नंबर को 40% वेटेज दिया जाएगा।
