बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के निरोगी राजस्थान अभियान के अंतर्गत चलाए गए “शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध” अभियान में बीकानेर जिले में भी विशेष कार्यवाही शुरू की गई है। अभियान के पहले दिन जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता के निर्देश पर सीएमएचओ डॉ बी एल मीणा व खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी महमूद अली द्वारा करणी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र स्थित शरद मिल्क एंड डेयरी प्रोडक्ट फैक्ट्री का औचक निरीक्षण कर जांच की गई। यहां विभिन्न ब्रांड के कुकिंग वनस्पति के निर्माण व पैकिंग का कार्य किया जाता है। दल द्वारा पूरी फैक्ट्री का निरीक्षण कर विभिन्न ब्रांड के 4 कार्टन से नमूने संग्रहित किए गए तथा 1763 लीटर से अधिक वनस्पति को संदिग्ध मानते हुए वही गोदाम में सीज कर दिया। रसद विभाग से विधि एवं माप अधिकारी गोकुल चंद मीणा को जांच में 1 लीटर विभिन्न कार्टन में 100 से 150 ग्राम तक वजन कम मिला तथा वजन नापने की नावी मशीन भी असत्यापित मिली। उन्होंने फैक्ट्री पर 2000 रुपए का चालान करते हुए मशीन को सोमवार तक सत्यापित करवाने के निर्देश दिए।
मौके पर चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ राजेन्द्र चौधरी व सहायक कर्मचारी सुखदेव मौजूद रहे। सीएमएचओ डॉ बी एल मीणा ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार 1 जनवरी से 31 मार्च तक शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान चलाया गया है जिसमें विभिन्न खाद्य सामग्रियों की जांच व नमूनीकरण का कार्य सतत रूप से किया जाएगा। लिए गए नमूनों को जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर जांच के लिए भेजा गया है। जांच के बाद आने वाले परिणाम के आधार पर संबंधित फर्म वह विक्रेताओं पर वांछित कानूनी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी। उन्होंने अपील की कि आमजन भी अपने स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखते हुए अशुद्ध खाद्य से बचाव करें तथा अमानक व मिलावटी खाद्य के विक्रेताओं की शिकायत भी करें ताकि सभी के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा की जा सके। अभियान के तहत ज़िला कलेक्टर के निर्देशानुसार प्रतिदिन विभिन्न उपखंड में बनाए गए दल बाजारों व फैक्ट्रियों का निरीक्षण करेंगे, आवश्यकतानुसार खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी को बुलाकर खाद्य नमूनीकरण करवाएंगे।
