बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता । अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (प्रशासन) बलदेव राम धोजक ने रविवार को उर्वरक आदान विक्रेताओं के गोदामों का औचक निरीक्षण किया और यूरिया की आवक, वितरण और उपलब्धता की जानकारी ली।
धोजक ने बताया कि जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता के निर्देशानुसार श्रीगंगानगर रोड स्थित लक्ष्मी एग्रो सहकारी समिति, बीकानेर फल सब्जी क्रय विक्रय सहकारी समिति, किसान एग्रो एजेंसी, श्री राम एग्रो एजेंसी तथा कृषक विकास सहकारी समिति के गोदामों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
इस दौरान लक्ष्मी एग्रो सहकारी समिति में इफको के लगभग 500 तथा श्री राम एग्रो एजेंसी में इंडियन पोटाश लिमिटेड (आईपीएल) के लगभग एक हजार बैग पाए गए। यह बैग रविवार को ही प्राप्त हुए थे। धोजक ने हिदायत देते हुए कहा कि यह यूरिया किसानों को कृषि विभाग के कार्मिकों की मौजूदगी में पूर्ण पारदर्शी तरीके से सोमवार को वितरित किया जाना सुनिश्चित करें। इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही सहन नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले भर में औचक निरीक्षण की यह कार्यवाही आगामी कुछ दिनों तक नियमित रूप से की जाएगी तथा किसी स्तर पर अनियमितता सामने आई तो संबंधित डीलर के विरुद्ध उर्वरक नियंत्रण आदेश 1985 के तहत सख्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
धोजक ने कहा कि प्रत्येक उर्वरक आदान विक्रेता स्टॉक रजिस्टर संधारित करें तथा यह सुनिश्चित करें कि यूरिया का वितरण पोस मशीन से ही किया जाए। वितरण के दौरान कृषक से बिजली बिल तथा आधार कार्ड की प्रति अनिवार्य रूप से प्राप्त की जाए तथा किसी भी किसान को निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक यूरिया वितरित नहीं किया जाए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उपनिदेशक कृषि (विस्तार) कैलाश चौधरी, सहायक निदेशक रामकिशोर मेहरा, कृषि अधिकारी भैराराम गोदारा साथ रहे।
