रेवाड़ी। भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस ने गुरुवार को 2 अदालतों में चार्जशीट दाखिल की। एक चार्जशीट 6 पहलवानों के आरोपों पर रॉउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में दाखिल की। वहीं दूसरी नाबालिग के यौन शोषण के मामले में पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में 550 पन्नों की क्लोजर रिपोर्ट दाखिल की। इस मामले में बृजभूषण को क्लीन चिट मिल गई है। चार्जशीट में असिस्टेंट सेक्रेटरी विनोद तोमर का नाम भी है।
दरअसल, 7 महिला पहलवानों ने 21 अप्रैल को दिल्ली पुलिस में बृजभूषण के खिलाफ यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायत की थी। इस मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस ने 28 अप्रैल को दो मामले दर्ज किए थे। पहला मामला 6 बालिग महिला पहलवानों की शिकायत पर था, जबकि एक केस नाबालिग की शिकायत पर दर्ज किया गया था।
नाबालिग पहलबान के बयान बदलने से पुलिस ने क्लोजर रिपोर्ट दी
नाबालिग पहलवान के केस में दिल्ली पुलिस ने कैंसिलेशन रिपोर्ट में कहा, ‘जांच में यौन शोषण के कोई सबूत नहीं मिले हैं। इसलिए इस केस को बंद कर रहे हैं।’ दिल्ली पुलिस की प्रवक्ता सुमन नलवा ने बताया कि POCSO मामले में हमने शिकायतकर्ता यानी पीड़िता के पिता और स्वयं पीड़िता के बयानों के आधार पर मामले को रद्द करने के लिए कोर्ट से अपील की है।
नाबालिग पहलवान ने बृजभूषण पर यौन शोषण के आरोप लगाए थे, लेकिन बाद में बयान बदल दिए। नाबालिग पहलवान ने कहा कि उसका यौन शोषण नहीं बृजभूषण ने कुश्ती ट्रायल में भेदभाव किया था।
नाबालिग पहलवान के दो बार कोर्ट में बयान दर्ज किए गए। इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 4 जुलाई को होगी। कोर्ट तय करेगा कि बृजभूषण के खिलाफ पॉक्सो एक्ट में केस चलेगा या नहीं।
