नई दिल्ली। चुनाव आयोग ने शनिवार को 5 राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीखों का ऐलान किया। उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब, गोवा और मणिपुर में 7 चरणों में चुनाव होगा। शुरुआत 10 फरवरी को उत्तर प्रदेश से होगी। सभी राज्यों के चुनावों के नतीजे 10 मार्च को घोषित किए जाएंगे।
चुनाव आयोग ने कहा कि कोरोना के बीच 5 राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनाव में सख्त प्रोटोकॉल का पालन कराया जाएगा। 15 जनवरी तक किसी भी तरह के रोड शो, रैली, पद यात्रा, साइकिल और स्कूटर रैली की इजाजत नहीं होगी। वर्चुअल रैली के जरिए ही चुनाव प्रचार की इजाजत होगी। जीत के बाद किसी तरह के विजय जुलूस भी नहीं निकाला जाएगा।
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त सुशील चंद्रा ने कहा कि देश में 5 राज्यों की 690 विधानसभाओं में चुनाव कराए जाएंगे। 18.34 करोड़ मतदाता चुनाव में हिस्सा लेंगे। कोरोना के बीच चुनाव कराने के लिए नए प्रोटोकॉल लागू किए जाएंगे। सभी चुनाव कर्मियों को कोरोना वैक्सीन की दोनों डोज लगी होगी। जिन्हें जरूरत होगी, उन्हें प्रिकॉशन डोज भी लगाई जाएगी।

- यूपी, पंजाब और उत्तराखंड में 40 लाख रुपए हर कैंडिडेट खर्च कर पाएगा।
- मणिपुर और गोवा में यह खर्च सीमा 28 लाख रुपए होगी।
उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा+ को मिली थीं 325 सीटें
2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा+ को 325 सीटें मिली थीं। 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में 80 सीटों में से भाजपा प्लस को 64 सीटें मिली थीं। दोनों ही चुनावों में सबसे खराब परफॉर्मेंस कांग्रेस की थी। जिसे 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में उसे 7 सीटें और 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में महज एक सीट मिली थी।
पंजाब में कैप्टन ने कांग्रेस को बनाया था किंग
2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह की अगुआई में कांग्रेस सरकार ने वापसी की थी। कांग्रेस ने भाजपा-अकाली सरकार को सत्ता से बेदखल किया था। कांग्रेस को इन चुनावों में 117 में से 77 सीटें यानी स्पष्ट बहुमत मिला था। 2019 के चुनाव में भी कांग्रेस ही सबसे ज्यादा सीटें हासिल करने वाली पार्टी थी। उसे लोकसभा चुनाव में 8 सीटें मिली थीं।
उत्तराखंड में भाजपा को मिली थी जीत
पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को जीत मिली थी। उसे 70 सीटों में से 57 सीटें मिली थीं। उसका वोट शेयर कांग्रेस के मुकाबले करीब दोगुना ज्यादा 61.7% था।
कम सीटों के बावजूद भाजपा ने बनाई थी गोवा में सरकार
2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में गोवा की 40 सीटों में से भाजपा ने 13 सीटें जीती थीं और कांग्रेस ने 17 पर सरकार बनाने के मामले में भाजपा ने बाजी मार ली थी। भाजपा ने एमएजी और अन्य पार्टियों के सहारे सरकार बना ली थी। पिछली बार आम आदमी पार्टी को कोई भी सीट नहीं मिली थी, जो इस बार पूरी ताकत से मैदान में उतरी है।
मणिपुर में भी भाजपा को मिली थी जीत
2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को 60 सीटों में से 21 सीटें हासिल हुई थीं। कांग्रेस को 28 और एनपीएफ को 4 सीटें मिली थीं। भाजपा ने सरकार बनाई थी।
इस बार चुनाव खर्च की सीमा बढ़ाई गई
चुनाव आयोग (ECI) ने शुक्रवार को ही कैंपेनिंग के लिए कैंडिडेट्स के खर्च की सीमा बढ़ाई थी। अब लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान कैंडिडेट्स अपने पार्लियामेंट्री एरिया में साल 2014 में तय किए गए 70 लाख रुपए के बजाय 95 लाख रुपए और 54 लाख रुपए के बजाय 75 लाख रुपए खर्च कर पाएंगे। इसी तरह, विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान भी 28 लाख रुपए की जगह 40 लाख रुपए और 20 लाख रुपए की बजाय 28 लाख रुपए खर्च कर पाएंगे। आयोग ने यह खर्च सीमा अपनी एक कमेटी की सिफारिशों के आधार पर बढ़ाई है।
