वेतन कटौती की तैयारियों में जुटा है वित्त विभाग, -मंत्रालयिक, अधीनस्थ सेवा के कर्मचारी और गजेटेड अधिकारियों की होगी वेतन कटौती
जयपुर। कोरोना काल के चलते आर्थिक संकट से जूझ रही गहलोत सरकार अब भरपाई के लिए प्रदेश के 8 लाख कर्मचारियों केवेतन कटौती की तैयारी में है। कर्मचारियों के साथ-साथ मुख्यमंत्री और विधायकों के वेतन को भी कटौती के दायरे में रखा जा सकता है। सूत्रों की मानें तो वित्त विभाग ने इसकी तैयारी पूरी कर ली है, जिसमे सहायक कर्मचारियों का 1 दिन,मंत्रालयिक कर्मचारियों के 2 दिन,अधीनस्थ सेवा कर्मचारियों के 3 दिन की और गजेटेड अधिकारियों की 5 दिन की वेतन कटौती की संभावना है ।
कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के बाद फिर से गहलोत सरकार की आर्थिक सेहत खराब होती जा रही है। न तो टैक्स कलेक्शन हो पा रहा है, राजस्व अर्जित हो पा रहा है, वहीं 18 साल से अधिक उम्र के युवाओं को निःशुल्क वैक्सीनेशन की घोषणा के बाद राज्य सरकार पर तीन हजार करोड़ का अतिरिक्त भार पड़ रहा है।
इसी भार को कम करने के लिए गहलोत सरकार लगातार मंथन में जुटी है। एक ओर जहां कांग्रेस विधायकों ने अपने एक माह का वेतन मुख्यमंत्री सहायता कोष में दिया है तो भाजपा के विधायकों ने भी एक माह का वेतन दिया है। इधर राज्य के आठ लाख कर्मचारियों के भी वेतन कटौती की तैयारी की जा रही है। हालांकि वेतन कटौती कै प्रस्ताव को अभी मुख्यमंत्री की मंजूरी का इंतजार है। मुख्यमंत्री की मंजूरी के बाद वेतन कटौती के आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
