जयपुर। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत का कहना है कि कोविड-19 महामारी से जनता को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए लोगों से समझाइश और सख्ती करके अपनी जिम्मेदारी को निभाएंगे, जिसमें सभी संगठनों, धार्मिक-सामाजिक संस्थाओं, महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तियों और आम लोगों के सहयोग की सख्त जरूरत है।
गहलोत ने गुरुवार को सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से कहा कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर खतरनाक है। कोरोना के खिलाफ हमें मिलकर जमीनी स्तर पर लड़ाई लड़नी है। सभी के सुझावों के अनुरूप राज्य सरकार ने कड़े कदम उठाने का फैसला किया है। उम्मीद करते हैं कि सभी की भावना के अनुरूप अब आमजन मास्क लगाएंगे और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के नियमों का पालन करते हुए हाथ धोते रहेंगे। सीएम ने कहा कि बढ़ते हुए कोरोना पर काबू पाने के लिए कोविड प्रोटोकॉल की सख्ती से पालना करने के अलावा अब कोई विकल्प नहीं है।
सीएम गहलोत ने कहा कि मेरी पुन: प्रदेशवासियों से अपील है कि सख्ती बरतने कि आवश्यकता नहीं पड़े। हम सभी आमजन को इस दूसरी लहर की भयावहता से बचाने के लिए पहले की तरह एकजुट हो जाएं। जैसे-जैसे केन्द्र सरकार वैक्सीन की सप्लाई करेगी। वैक्सीन का कार्यक्रम चलता रहेगा।
इससे पहले गहलोत ने बुधवार को राजनीतिक एवं धार्मिक-सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों, धर्मगुरुओं के साथ वीसी के जरिए संवाद किया। इस दौरान गहलोत ने कहा कि कोविड संक्रमण की पहली लहर के दौरान आमजन स्वास्थ्य गाइडलाइंस का समुचित पालन कर रहे थे, इसी कारण हम महामारी से बच पाए।
इस बार संक्रमण अधिक तेजी से फैल रहा है, ज्यादा घातक है और कम उम्र के लोगों को भी चपेट में ले रहा है। इसके बावजूद आम लोगों ने कोविड प्रोटोकॉल की पालना छोड़ दी है, यह गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रतिदिन लगभग 6 हजार पॉजिटिव केस आने तथा केवल अप्रेल माह में ही 161 से अधिक मौतों से स्पष्ट है कि संक्रमण का यह दौर भयावह है।
संगठन, पार्टी प्रतिनिधियों ने रखे विचार
संवाद में भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सतीश पूनियां, उपनेता प्रतिपक्ष राजेंद्र राठौड़, भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के प्रतिनिधि डी.के. छंगाणी सहित अन्य सभी सामाजिक संगठनों, व्यापारी संघों, कर्मचारी संगठनों के नेताओं ने अपने बात रखते हुए सरकारी निर्णयों की सराहना की और आगे भी कोरोना नियंत्रण के लिए कठोर कदम उठाने की अपील करते हुए सरकार के साथ होने की बात कही।
लापरवाही पड़ सकती है भारी
चिकित्सा मंत्री डॉ. रघु शर्मा ने दूसरी लहर में अधिक संक्रात्मकता पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यदि लोग लापरवाही करते रहेंगे तो सभी चिकित्सकीय इन्तजाम कम पड़ सकते हैं। शिक्षा राज्यमंत्री गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में स्कूलों में अध्यापन कार्य फिलहाल बंद होने पर अध्यापकों को जागरूकता अभियान सहित कोविड प्रबंधन से जुड़े दायित्वों के निर्वहन की जिम्मेदारी दी जा सकती है।
बढ़ते संक्रमण से बढ़ी ऑक्सीजन की मांग
शासन सचिव चिकित्सा शिक्षा वैभव गालरिया ने बताया कि राजस्थान में संक्रमण की पॉजिटिविटी दर 5.01 प्रतिशत है, जो राष्ट्रीय औसत 5.32 प्रतिशत से बेहतर है। इसी प्रकार, प्रदेश में मृत्यु दर (0.78 प्रतिशत) भी, राष्ट्रीय औसत (1.24 प्रतिशत) से कम है। हालांकि बढ़ते संक्रमण से पिछले कुछ दिनों के दौरान कोरोना रोगियों के लिए अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन की मांग 4 गुना तक बढ़ गई है।
