बोर्ड ने राज्य के सभी संस्था प्रधानों को निर्देशित किया है कि जिन विद्यालयों में अब तक प्रायोगिक परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं हुई है वहां विषयाध्यापक से प्रायोगिक परीक्षा सम्पन्न होने के बाद 24 घंटे में प्राप्तांक आवश्यक रूप से बोर्ड के पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन अपलोड करें। जिन विद्यालयों द्वारा उनके विद्यार्थियों की प्रायोगिक परीक्षाएं सम्पन्न करवा ली गई है लेकिन बोर्ड को पूर्व में किसी कारण बोर्ड के पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन अंक अपलोड नहीं किए जा सके ऐसे विद्यालय विद्यार्थियों के प्राप्तांक शीघ्र अपलोड करें।

सेंगवा ने बताया कि जो परीक्षार्थी पूर्व में विद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित प्रायोगिक परीक्षा में किसी कारण से सम्मिलित नहीं हुए हैं ऐसे विद्यार्थियों की भी प्रायोगिक परीक्षा उसी विद्यालय में 8 जुलाई तक सम्पन्न कराकर प्राप्तांक बोर्ड को ऑनलाइन अपलोड करने होंगे। निर्धारित अवधि के बाद यदि कोई छात्र अनुपस्थित रहता है तो उस छात्र को अनुपस्थित मानकर परिणाम घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि लॉकडाउन से पूर्व राज्य के 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक विद्यालयों के प्रायोगिक परीक्षाओं के प्राप्तांक बोर्ड को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं।
