नगर निगम की बड़ी कार्यवाही, डेयरी संचालकों के विरूद्ध 3 लाख से अधिक का नोटिस जारी, सात दिन में राशि जमा करवाने के निर्देश, नही तो होगी कुर्की
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। सार्वजनिक मार्ग पर गोबर, कचरा एवं मलमूत्र डाले जाने को गंभीरता से लेते हुए नगर निगम द्वारा डेयरी संचालकों के विरूद्ध 3 लाख 35 हजार 952 रुपये का नोटिस जारी किया गया है। यह राशि सात दिनों में निगम कोष में जमा करवाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। तय समय तक राशि जमा नहीं करवाए जाने की स्थिति में राजस्थान नगर पालिका अधिनियम की धाराओं के तहत संपतियों की कुर्की वारंट जारी कर वसूली की जाएगी।
नगर निगम आयुक्त ए एच गौरी ने बताया कि पटेल नगर स्थित आईटीआई प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के पीछे रहने वाले राम प्रताप, सोहन लाल, गोविंद तथा श्रीराम को नोटिस जारी किया गया है। नोटिस के अनुसार इनके द्वारा अपने निवास स्थान पर अवैध रूप से डेयरी का संचालन किया जा रहा है तथा गोबर, कचरा एवं मलमूत्र आदि आईटीआई प्रशिक्षण संस्थान की दीवार के पास शिवबाड़ी रोड के मुख्य रास्ते पर डाला जाता है। इससे वहां गंदगी और दुर्गन्ध उत्पन्न होती है। साथ ही आवागमन भी बाधित होता है।
गौरी ने बताया कि निगम के स्वच्छता निरीक्षकों एवं जमादारों द्वारा डेयरी संचालकों को यहां कचरा नहीं डालने की कई बार हिदायतें दी गईं, लेकिन डेयरी संचालकों द्वारा इसे गंभीरता से नहीं लिया गया। इस पर कार्यवाही करते हुए नगर निगम द्वारा 30 दिसम्बर से 7 जनवरी तक निगम स्तर पर जेसीबी मशीन एवं डम्पर के माध्यम से कचरा हटाने पर व्यय हुई राशि 3 लाख 35 हजार 952 रुपये के भुगतान के लिए इन डेयरी संचालकों को समान रूप से उत्तरदायी माना है तथा निगम द्वारा खर्च की गई यह राशि आगामी सात दिनों में निगम कोष में जमा करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
निगम आयुक्त ने बताया कि डेयरी संचालकों को तीन दिवस में निगम कार्यालय में उपस्थित होकर अपना पक्ष रखने का समय भी दिया गया है। निर्धारित अवधि के बाद राजस्थन नगर पालिका अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 287 एवं 296 के तहत इस राशि की वसूली बकाया कर के रूप में संपतियों की कुर्की वारंट जारी कर वसूल की जाएगी।
