आबकारी नीति में हुआ संशोधन, अब दो किस्तों में जमा करा सकेंगे कम कंपोजिट राशि
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। राज्य सरकार ने नई आबकारी नीति में संशोधन किया है। नीलामी के लिए आवेदकों अग्रिम वार्षिक गारंटी राशि मे राहत दी है।
अतिरिक्त आयुक्त आबकारी बीकानेर अजीत सिंह राजावत ने बताया कि संशोधन के मुताबिक अग्रिम गारंटी राशि 8 से 5 प्रतिशत की गई है तथा धरोहर राशि 4 से घटाकर 2 प्रतिशत की गई है। आवेदकों को कुल वार्षिक राशि के 12 प्रतिशत के स्थान पर 7 प्रतिशत की वित्तीय वर्ष के प्रारंभ में जमा कराने होंगे। बोली दाता को कम्पोजिट राशि एकमुश्त जमा कराने के बजाय दो किस्तों में 50 -50 प्रतिशत जमा करानी होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि लाइसेंस धारी को न्यूनतम रिजर्व प्राइस से अधिक प्राप्त होने वाली राशि में इच्छा अनुसार भारत निर्मित मदीरा, बीयर और देसी मदिरा से पूर्ति की सुविधा भी प्रदान की गई है।
राजावत ने बताया कि इसके अलावा अनुज्ञा धारी को यह भी विकल्प दिया गया है कि उसके द्वारा अधिक राशि की गारंटी पूर्ति नगद जमा करा सकेंगे। लाइसेंसी नीलामी में बढ़ी हुई राशि अब अपनी मांग अनुसार मदिरा या नकद जमा कराकर गारंटी पूर्ति कर सकें। विदेशी मदिरा ब्रांच का भी भराव वार्षिक गारंटी राशि में समायोजित किया जाएगा।
5 चरणों में 8 दिन होगी की नीलामी
उन्होंने बताया कि राजस्थान में नीलामी के जरिए 7 हजार 665 मदिरा दुकानों की बोली 3 मार्च से 10 मार्च तक पांच चरणों में आयोजित की जाएगी। आवेदक बोली दिनांक से एक दिन पहले तक रात्रि 11 बजकर 59 मिनट तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है। भारत सरकार के उपक्रम एमएसटीसी के माध्यम से की जा रही है जिसकी विस्तृत जानकारी mstcecommerce.com अथवा rajexcise.gov.in से ली जा सकती है
