मेरठ। तीन कृषि कानून के विरोध में दिल्ली की सीमा पर धरने पर बैठे भाकियू ने अब 1 अगस्त से दूसरे आंदोलन की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। जिसके जरिए गांव—गांव जाने और सरकार की किसान विरोधी नीतियों के बारे में चौपाल करने की योजना है। बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार के तीन कृषि कानून व न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य को लेकर संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के नेतृत्व में पिछले कई महीने से चल रहे आंदोलन के बीच भाकियू ने यह रणनीति बनाई है। आंदोलन के दूसरे दौर में भाकियू के बैनर तले किसान साढ़े आठ हजार करोड़ रुपया गन्ना बकाया, बिजली दर, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पानी के मुद्दे पर गांव-गांव जाकर किसानों को अपने पक्ष में जोड़ने का काम करेंगे।
भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि 11 जुलाई को भाकियू अपने 18 मंडलों के पदाधिकारियों को रणनीति स्पष्ट करेगी। केंद्र सरकार से तीन कृषि कानून और एमएसपी के मुद्दे पर आंदोलन पिछले सात महीने से चल रहा है। लेकिन प्रदेश सरकार को लेकर भी कई प्रकार के मुद्दे हैं। जिसमें सबसे बड़ा किसानों का साढ़े आठ हजार करोड़ रुपये बकाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी किसानों को गन्ना बकाया नहीं मिल रहा है। जबकि देश भर में साढ़े 21 हजार करोड़ रुपये सरकार पर बकाया है। मगर केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार ने अभी तक कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया।
इसके अलावा बिजली के बढ़ते दाम से भी किसानों का उत्पीड़न हो रहा है। अब भाकियू ने तय किया कि 11 जुलाई को 18 मंडलों के पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक होगी। इसमें रणनीति बनाई जाएगी। एक अगस्त से गांव-गांव में जाकर लोगों को विभिन्न मुद्दों के साथ तीन कृषि कानून व एमएसपी पर भी जागरूक करेंगे। इस तरह सरकार पर दबाव बनाया जाएगा कि किसानों का इतने वर्षों से बकाया पैसा देकर उन्हें राहत दी जाए।
