साथ ही शराबखोरी नशाखोरी व अश्लीलता पर रोक लगाने की मांग की, दहिया ने बताया कि इस प्रकार की घटनाओं में देखा गया है कि अपराधी नशे में लिप्त पाया गया है। इसलिए नशाखोरी व अश्लीलता इस प्रकार की घटनाओं का एक कारण यह भी नज़र आता है। सरकर इन सभी प्रकार की चीज़ों पर तुरंत रोक लगाए व महिलाओं को बाज़ारू वस्तु या उपभोग की वस्तु के रूप में टेलीविजन व पत्र पत्रिकाओं के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित करना बंद करें।
