बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। जिले की खाकी कप्तान प्रीति चन्द्रा की टीम भूमिगत हो चुके अपराधियों पर भारी पड़ रही है जंहा इनको बिलो से निकालकर काल कोठरी में पहुंचाया जा रहा है । बीकानेर पुलिस की आक्रमक कार्रवाई से अपराध जगत में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है । इसी क्रम में नयाशहर थानाधिकारी सीआई गोविंदसिंह चारण मय टीम ने एनआईएक्ट के मामले में बीते पांच वर्षों से फरार ज्वेलर्स को दिल्ली से दबोचा है । इस कार्रवाई को सीआई चारण की टीम की बड़ी सफलता मानी जा रही है क्योंकि पकड़ा गया आरोपी एनआईएक्ट के 11 मामलों में मुख्य अभियुक्त था, और न्यायालय से इसके खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट भी जारी हो रखे थे। ऐसे में आरोपी के पुलिस गिरफ्त में आने से उसके खिलाफ न्यायालय में चल करीब एक दर्जन मामलों पर पुलिस को थोड़ी राहत मिलेगी।
जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रीति चन्द्रा व एडिशनल एसपी सिटी शेलेन्द्रसिह इन्दोलिया के निर्देशन में सितंबर माह के पहले हफ्ते से जिले में फरार अपराधियों की धरपकड़ के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है । इस अभियान के तहत सीओ सिटी सुभाष शर्मा के निकट सुपरविजन में नयाशहर थानाधिकारी गोविंद सिंह चारण मय विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया । सीआई चारण के नेतृत्व में टीम द्वारा करीब 5 वर्षो से फरार ज्वेलर्स की हिस्ट्री खंगाली गई । और उसको पकड़ने के लिए टारगेट फिक्स कर पूरी रणनीति तैयार की गई। टीम ने तकनीक संसाधनों व सोशल मीडिया की मदद से आरोपी की लोकेशन को ट्रेस आउट किया । इसकी मदद से पुलिस टीम को आरोपी की लोकेशन दिल्ली में होने की इत्तला मिली । जिस पर सीआई चारण के नेतृत्व में टीम ने पांच वर्षों से फरार आरोपी ज्वेलर्स मनोज सोनी पुत्र नथमल उर्फ नत्थुराम सोनी को दबोच लिया जंहा से उसे गिरफ्तार कर बीकानेर लाया गया ।
पुलिस से बचने के लिए आधार में दिल्ली का एड्रेस करवाया अपडेट
नयाशहर थानाधिकारी गोविंद सिंह चारण ने बताया पुलिस गिरफ्त में आया फरार वारंटी मनोज सोनी नयाशहर थाना क्षेत्र के पूगल रोड़, बंगला नगर हनुमान जी मंदिर के पास का निवासी है । आरोपी पूर्व में बंगला नगर में श्रीराम ज्वेलर्स के नाम से सोना चांदी के आभुषणो की दुकान चलाता था । इस दौरान उसने अनेक लोगो से काफी रकम उधार ले ली, और ली हुई उधारी समय पर भुगतान नही करके बीकानेर से फरार हो गया । आरोपी इतना शातिर था कि पुलिस से बचने के लिए जयपुर व दिल्ली में नाम बदलकर रहने लगा। चारण ने बताया आरोपी ने अपने आधार कार्ड में अपना एड्रेस दिल्ली का अपडेट करवा लिया और पिछले 3 वर्षों से वह दिल्ली के उत्तम नगर में रहकर फरारी काट रहा था। इस दौरान पुलिस ने आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए काफी मेहनत की और अंततः 5 वर्षों से बीकानेर से फरार आरोपी नयाशहर पुलिस टीम के हत्थे चढ़ गया। आरोपी के विरूद्ध एनआईएक्ट कोर्ट बीकानेर से 11 प्रकरणो मे स्थाई वारंट जारी हो रखे थे।
गौरतलब है, नयाशहर सीआई चारण के नेतृत्व में इस अभियान में अब तक करीब 22 फरार मुजरिमों को जेल की काल कोठरी में पहुंचाया जा चुका है। वंही शेष अन्य मामलों में फरार मुजरिमों की धरपकड़ का अभियान ग्राउंड जीरो पर बड़ी त्रीव गति के साथ जारी है।
इस टीम को मिली सफलता
नयाशहर थानाधिकारी गोविन्दसिह चारण मय सब- इंस्पेक्टर पिंकी गंगवाल, कॉन्स्टेबल मोहनलाल 421, रमेश 1392 आदि टीम ने इस गिरफ्तारी को अंजाम दिया।
