जालंधर। कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह के इस्तीफे के बाद पंजाब का नया CM कौन होगा? इसको लेकर कांग्रेस का मंथन जारी है। अभी तक की जानकारी के मुताबिक नए चेहरे के तौर पर अंबिका सोनी का नाम सबसे आगे चल रहा था। अंबिका सोनी पंजाब से राज्यसभा सांसद हैं। हालांकि अब खबर आ रही है कि उन्होंने सेहत कारणों के चलते यह ऑफर ठुकरा दिया है। वहीं, सूत्रों के मुताबिक नवजोत सिद्धू ने भी अब उन्हें CM बनाने का दावा ठोक दिया है। जिस वजह से पेंच ज्यादा फंस गया है। उनके अलावा पूर्व प्रधान सुनील जाखड़ भी दौड़ में बने हुए हैं।
इसके बाद सिद्धू और जाखड़ के हक में विधायकों की लामबंदी शुरु होने लगी है। कुछ नेता जाखड़ के घर पहुंचे हैं तो कुछ विधायकों की सिद्धू के करीबी सुखजिंदर रंधावा के घर बैठक शुरु हो गई है।
वहीं, अगर जाखड़ के नाम पर मुहर लगी तो 55 साल बाद पंजाब को पहला हिंदू CM मिलेगा। इसी बीच बड़ी खबर यह है कि पंजाब कांग्रेस विधायक दल की 11 बजे होने वाली बैठक को टाल दिया गया है। अब कांग्रेस हाईकमान सीधे ही इसकी घोषणा करेगा।
इसी बीच चंडीगढ़ के एक होटल में पंजाब कांग्रेस प्रभारी हरीश रावत, केंद्रीय ऑब्जर्वर अजय माकन और हरीश चौधरी के साथ कांग्रेस नेताओं की मुलाकातों का सिलसिला चल रहा है। कुल मिलाकर अभी तक पंजाब कांग्रेस के विधायकों में सर्वसम्मति बनती नजर नहीं आ रही है।
