जयपुर। राजस्थान में अब अगले 6 महीने के लिए बिजली संकट टल गया है। अगस्त महीने में कमजोर मानसून और गर्मी के कारण बिजली की मांग बढ़ गई थी। इससे प्रदेश में बिजली संकट पैदा हो गया था। सितंबर में अच्छी बारिश होने से तापमान में गिरावट आई है और इससे बिजली की मांग तेजी से घटने लगी है।
दीपावली तक खपत कम होने के कारण बिजली की मांग कम रहती है। इसके बाद ठंड शुरू हो जाएगी, इसलिए यह माना जा रहा है कि आगामी त्योहारों के बाद बिजली की मांग लगातार घटेगी। ऐसे में बिजली कंपनियों का अनुमान है कि अगले 6 महीने बिजली संकट नहीं रहेगा।
19 से 30 अगस्त तक का समय रहा अहम
आंकड़ों से पता चलता है कि बिजली का संकट अगस्त के महीने में पैदा हुआ था। 19 अगस्त को 1115 लाख यूनिट की अतिरिक्त खपत हो गई, क्योंकि मानसून कमजोर पड़ गया था। घर, खेत और उद्योगों में पानी और कूलिंग के लिए बिजली की मांग अचानक बढ़ने के कारण ऐसा हुआ। साथ ही कोयले की खान वाले इलाकों में बारिश के कारण वहां से कोयले की सप्लाई बेहद कम होने से भी बिजली का प्रोडक्शन प्रदेश में घट गया था।

सितंबर में मानसून के दोबारा सक्रिय होने के बाद राजस्थान में अब तक सामान्य से 3 फीसदी ज्यादा बारिश दर्ज हो चुकी है। जबकि अगस्त महीने में 10 से 12 फीसदी तक कम बारिश हुई थी। बारिश के नहीं होने से बिजली की खपत बढ़ती है। बारिश होने पर बिजली कम इस्तेमाल होती है।
मौसम विभाग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक पूरे देश में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून आमतौर पर 1 जून से 30 सितंबर तक सक्रिय रहता है। जून में देश में 10 फीसदी ज्यादा बारिश दर्ज हुई, लेकिन जुलाई में 7 फीसदी और अगस्त में 24 फीसदी बारिश की कमी रही। खासतौर पर गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, मध्यप्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, गोवा, उड़ीसा का बड़ा इलाका और उत्तर-पश्चिम भारत और उत्तरी भारतीय राज्य में बारिश का टोटा रहा। यहां 30 फीसदी तक कम बारिश दर्ज हुई। इस कारण राजस्थान के अलावा कई दूसरे राज्यों में भी बिजली की किल्लत पैदा हो गई थी।
