बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। बीकानेर में सोमवार को कांग्रेसी पार्षदों का गुस्सा बिजली कंपनी के खिलाफ जमकर फुट पड़ा। बीते दिनों शहर के कांग्रेस पार्षद के पति की करंट लगने से हुई मौत के मामले में कांग्रेसी पार्षद सोमवार को बिजली कंपनी के पवनपुरी स्थित कार्यालय में विरोध जताने पहुंचे थे जंहा पार्षदों से वार्ता करने आए प्राइवेट बिजली कंपनी BKESL ( बीकानेर इलेक्ट्रिसिटी सप्लाई लिमिटेड ) के COO (चीफ ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर ) शांतनु भट्टाचार्य का मुंह काला कर दिया । इस घटना की गूंज बीकानेर से जयपुर तक जा पहुंची वंही बताया जा रहा है कि घटना पर सरकार की और से बड़ी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है!
जानकारी के अनुसार सोमवार दोपहर करीब आधा दर्जन पार्षद एक साथ BKESL कंपनी पहुंचे । पवनपुरी रोड स्थित कार्यालय पर विरोध – प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे । इस दौरान CO0 शांतनु कुमार बातचीत के लिए ऑफिस से बाहर आ गए । पार्षदों का आरोप था कि पार्षद पति की मौत BKESL की ओर से गलत सप्लाई के कारण हुई है । साठगांठ करके फर्जी रिपोर्ट में इसका कारण पार्षद पति को ही बताया जा रहा है । शांतनु भट्टाचार्य विरोध कर रहे लोगों को जवाब दे रहे थे कि अचानक स्याही से उनका मुंह काला कर दिया गया । स्याही इतनी ज्यादा थी कि शांतनु का पूरा मुंह काला हो गया । कपड़े भी खराब हो गए । इस पर वो अंदर चले गए । अचानक हुए इस हमले से वो घबरा गए । यह सब घटनाक्रम पुलिस की मौजूदगी में हुआ । बिजली कंपनी के कार्यालय पर कांग्रेसी पार्षदों के विरोध प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए पुलिस भी मौके पर मौजूद थी, इस दौरान प्रदर्शनकारियों से कोटगेट थानाधिकारी अरविंद लगातार समझाइश कर रहे थे कि एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल आकर वार्ता करें ताकि समस्या का हल निकाला जा सके लेकिन कोई इसके लिए तैयार नही हुआ । विरोध करने वाले कांग्रेसी पार्षदों में मनोनीत पार्षद आजम अली , पार्षद महेंद्र बडगुजर , निर्दलीय पार्षद मनोज बिश्नोई , पार्षद चेतना चौधरी आदि धरने की अगुवाई कर रहे थे ।

बीकानेर के गंगाशहर में वार्ड -5 की पार्षद कुसुम भाटी के पति ने एक रिसॉर्ट शुरू किया । इसका उद्घाटन ऊर्जा मंत्री डॉ . बी.डी. कल्ला ने किया । उद्घाटन के कुछ दिन बाद ही पार्षद के पति मघाराम भाटी रिसॉर्ट में खराब हुए बिजली उपकरण को चे कर रहे थे । तभी उन्हें जोर से करंट लगा । वहीं उनकी मौत हो गई । परिजनों का आरोप है कि बिजली कंपनी की सप्लाई में गड़बड़ी होने के कारण मघाराम भाटी को करंट लगा । मामले की जांच चल रही है । इससे पार्षद संतुष्ट नहीं हैं । इसका विरोध करते हुए पार्षद सोमवार को BKESL के के कार्यालय पहुंचे थे । वंही दो दिन पहले ही एक रिपोर्ट में बिजली विभाग ने अपनी जांच में कंपनी को क्लीनचिट दी थी । कहा था कि मौत का कारण कंपनी नहीं , स्विमिंग पूल मालिक की ओर से लगाए बिजली उपकरण थे । इस रिपोर्ट के बाद से पार्षद आग – बबूला हैं । और इसी गुस्से के चलते सोमवार को यह घटनाक्रम घटित हो गया ।
हंगामा करने वाले पार्षदों पर हुई एफआईआर दर्ज
बिजली कंपनी के सीओ शांतनु भट्टाचार्य ने अपने ऊपर दिन में हुई घटना को लेकर जयनारायण व्यास कॉलोनी थाने में 6 नामजद सहित कुल 12 जनों पर मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है । पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में भट्टाचार्य ने बताया कि दिन में कांग्रेसी पार्षदों का दल कंपनी के पवनपुरी स्थित दफ्तर पर पार्षद पति मघाराम की मौत के मुआवजे को लेकर विरोध जताने पहुंचा था । भट्टाचार्य ने आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस को बताया कि प्रदर्शकारियों के बुलावे पर वार्ता के लिए वे दफ्तर से नीचे आये तो गुस्से में आजम खान ने उसे पकड़ लिया और काली स्याही से मुंह पोत दिया । सुरेंद्र सिंह डोटासरा ने लिफ्ट के गेट पर लात मारकर उन्हें ऊपर दफ्तर में जाने से रोक दिया इस दौरान आरोपियों ने उसे व अपने कर्मचारियों को गाली गलौज की । भट्टाचार्य की रिपोर्ट पर जेऐनवीसी पुलिस ने कांग्रेस के पार्षद मनोज बिश्नोई,महेंद्र सिंह बडगुजर,आजम खान, पारस मारू, सुरेंद्र सिंह डोटासरा,नन्दू गहलोत सहित कुल 12 जनों पर धारा 323,341, 427 व 143 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच रवि कुमार सउनि को सौंपी है ।

पार्षद के पति की मौत के मामले में जयपुर से आए सहायक विद्युत इंस्पेक्टर ने पुलिस व जोधपुर डिस्कॉम के अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में घटना स्थल का मुआयना और सर्विस केबल, मीटर की स्थिति व मीटर की एम आर आई कराई। उन्होंने अन्य कई जांचे की। इसके बाद सहायक विद्युत इंस्पेक्टर ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में माना है कि हादसा बीकेईएसएल की विद्युत आपूर्ति से नहीं हुआ है। विद्युत निरीक्षण निदेशालय एक स्वतंत्र विभाग है। इसी के सहायक विद्युत निरीक्षक ने जयपुर से आकर जांच की और रिपोर्ट जारी की है। इनकी रिपोर्ट को ही अधिकृत माना जाता है। आज पार्षद बात करने आए थे। उनकी पूरी बात सुनी जा रही थी ।
