दौसा@जागरूक जनता । दौसा अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत कहें या फिर कहे अधिकारियों को अंधेरे में रखकर अपने घर में किया जा रहा उजाले का खेल, दरअसल मामला कुछ यूं हुआ कि जो लोग वन विभाग में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं,लॉकडाउन के महीने के दौरान लॉकडाउन लगने से पहले से ही वह लोगअपने घर में बैठकर ही ड्यूटी दे रहे थे । सुनने में आपको भी जरा अटपटा जरूर लगेगा दरअसल मामला कुछ यूं हुआ कि कोरोना काल आने से पहले, वन विभाग के कुछ कर्मचारी घर बैठे ही ड्यूटी बजा रहे थे और उनकी हाजिरी यहाँ सरकारी कार्यालयों में हो रही थी । जिसकी पोल खुली जब उनके हाजिरी रजिस्टर की फोटो कुछ लोगों के हाथ लगी,तो इस मामले को गंभीर मानते हुए मीडिया के द्वारा इस मामले में और भी आगे खुलासे होने की मुहिम शुरू की तो उन्हें आरटीआई के जरिए हाथ लगा ऐसा सुराग जिस रजिस्टर में घर बैठे वन विभाग के कर्मचारी हाजिरी बजाकर तनख्वाह उठा रहे थे । उस रजिस्टर के उनके नाम के आगे का कॉलम उन दिनों खाली था लेकिन मौका देखकर उन लोगों ने उस खाली कॉलम पर हस्ताक्षर इंद्राज कर दिये । और तनखा उनके बैंक अकाउंट में आ गई । अब यह सारा खेल किस तरह खेला गया आप और हम भलीभांति समझते हैं ।
बहरहाल इस मामले में जब मीडिया ने सक्षम अधिकारी से बात की तो उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी जानकारी में यह सब नहीं था । और आने वाले समय में इस मामले में जांच करवा कर दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी किया जाएगा । अगर इस तरह की कोई बात सामने आती है तो संबंधित कर्मियों को नियमों के तहत दंडित भी किया जाएगा । लेकिन इन सब के बीच बड़ा सवाल यह भी है कि क्या बिना किसी अधिकारी की मिलीभगत के यह सारा खेल अंजाम तक पहुंच सकता है तो शायद आपका जवाब भी नहीं मैं होगा । बस इसी के चलते खुल गई पोल दौसा वन विभाग के कर्मचारियों की जो घर बैठे ड्यूटी बजा कर खाली हाजरी रजिस्टर में कर तनख्वाह पाने के लिए साइन करके और घर आ जाते हैं । अब देखने वाली बात यह होगी कि यह सारा वाक्य सक्षम अधिकारी के सामने आने के बाद क्या कोई ठोस कार्रवाई होगी या फिर ढाक के तीन पात करके मामले की इतिश्री कर दी जाएगी।
