केन्द्रीय राज्यमंत्री को करवाया बीकानेर के सर्वांगीण विकास के आड़े आ रही समस्याओं से अवगत
बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया, जेडआरयूसीसी सदस्य नरेश मित्तल एवं डीआरयूसीसी सदस्य अनंतवीर जैन ने केन्द्रीय राज्यमंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल को बीकानेर के सर्वांगीण विकास में आड़े आ रही समस्याओं से अवगत करवाते हुए केन्द्रीय मंत्री को राज्य सरकार से अनुशंसा कर बीकानेर की हवाई सेवाओं के विस्तार हेतु कोटा की तर्ज पर एयरपोर्ट से सटती 58.18 हेक्टेयर भूमि निशुल्क उपलब्ध करवाने हेतु पत्र भिजवाने का निवेदन किया और बताया कि वर्तमान व्यवस्थाओं को देखते हुए बीकानेर से कोलकात्ता, गुवाहटी, बेंगलूरू व मुंबई जैसे महानगरों के लिए हवाई सेवाओं की नितांत आवश्यकता महसूस की जा रही है क्योंकि बीकानेर संभाग के औद्योगिक व व्यापारिक क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगों को अपने व्यापार के सिलसिले में मुंबई, कोलकात्ता, गुवाहटी व बेंगलुरु आना- जाना रहता है और वर्तमान में इन महानगरों की यात्रा के लिए बीकानेर संभाग के नागरिकों को जयपुर व जोधपुर जाना पड़ता है जिससे समय व धन की अनावश्यक हानि होती है | साथ ही प्रतिदिन चलने वाली गाड़ी संख्या 12404/12403 जयपुर इलाहाबाद को बीकानेर तक विस्तारित किया जा चुका है लेकिन इसको अभी तक बीकानेर से चलाया नहीं गया है इसको बीकानेर से चलाने से बीकानेर के आम नागरिकों को धार्मिक यात्रा हेतु मथुरा आना जाना सुलभ हो जाएगा | साथ ही आयात-निर्यात से सम्बंधित आ रही समस्याओं में सुधार करने हेतु सुझाव देते हुए बताया कि फ़ूड आइटम में एक्सपोर्ट टेस्टिंग के लिए लेबोरेट्री की जरूरत है | अन्य आइटम में भी पहले जो हेल्थ सर्टिफिकेट जारी होता है उसका विवरण टेस्टिंग सर्टिफिकेट में अपलोड होना जरूरी है ताकि उसके आधार पर हेल्थ सर्टिफिकेट इश्यू किया जा सके एवं सर्टिफिकेट ऑफ़ ओरिजन हेल्थ सर्टिफिकेट है उनका जो ऑथोरिटी है राजस्थान के जयपुर या बीकानेर में स्थापित किया जा सकता है ताकि सम्बन्धित सर्टिफिकेट राजस्थान में जारी हो सके | अन्य एक्सपोर्ट के लिए सर्टिफिकेट जो कंट्री वाइज है जैसे यूरोप के लिए अलग है वियतनाम के लिए अलग है उसके लिए सम्बन्धित डिपार्टमेंट जो उसको पास करता है वो राजस्थान में होना जरूरी है | एक्सपोर्ट के लिए प्री शिपमेंट और पोस्ट शिपमेंट के लिए आसान फाइनेंस व्यवस्था कम इंटरेस्ट रेट पर जो इंडिया गवर्नमेंट द्वारा सपोर्टेड है उसको बैंक द्वारा आसानी से उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकती है | अगर ड्राईपोर्ट शुरू किया जाता है तो उससे सम्बन्धित कस्टम की फोर्मलिटी जो आजकल ऑनलाइन हो गई है उसके सम्बन्धित पासिंग ऑफिसर बीकानेर में हो तो वह आसान हो जाएगा | इम्पोर्ट का जो कार्गो है उसमें FSSAI से सम्बन्धित और फाइटोसेनिटरी डिपार्टमेंट से सम्बन्धित अधिकारी बीकानेर में उपलब्ध होगा तो ड्राईपोर्ट में माल को इम्पोर्ट किया जा सकता है तब क्लियरेंस की सुविधा होगी | इस अवसर पर केन्द्रीय राज्यमंत्री ने श्रीमती सी.एम. मूंधडा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट द्वारा पीबीएम अस्पताल में बनाए जा रहे 450 बैड के मेडिसिन विंग का निरीक्षण किया और एलएनए इन्फ्रा प्रोजेक्ट्स कंपनी के परियोजना संवेदक शेलेंद्र यादव ने पूरे प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी प्रदान की | केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने इस मेडिसिन विंग को पूरे बीकानेर संभाग के मरीजों हेतु लाभकारी बताया | इस अवसर पर सरदार पटेल मेडिकल कोलेज प्रिंसिपल डॉ. मुकेश आर्य, सत्यप्रकाश आचार्य, रवि आचार्य, आदर्श शर्मा, पार्षद पुनीत शर्मा, विनोद जोशी, कुंदन मल शर्मा, आशाराम जोशी आदि उपस्थित हुए |
