जयपुर@जागरूक जनता। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या में लगातार कमी आने और स्थिति के नियंत्रण में रहने के दृष्टिगत आगामी 8 फरवरी से स्कूलों को कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के बच्चों और कॉलेजों को स्नातक प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष और स्नातकोत्तर कक्षाओं के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हैल्थ प्रोटोकॉल की पूर्ण पालना की शर्तों के साथ खोलने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही, सभी सिनेमा हॉल, थियेटर और स्विमिंग पूल आदि भी खुल सकेंगे। सामाजिक एवं अन्य आयोजनों में 200 लोगों तक उपस्थिति की छूट होगी।
गहलोत की अध्यक्षता में रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से हुई कोरोना संक्रमण और टीकाकरण अभियान की समीक्षा बैठक में ये महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। बैठक में पटाखों की दुकानों तथा विभिन्न धर्मों के मेलों के आयोजन के विषय में पूर्व में लगाए गए प्रतिबन्धों में शिथिलता देने के लिए नए दिशा-निर्देश तैयार करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस का खतरा अभी भी पूरी तरह टला नहीं है। ऐसे में, सभी को अभी भी अत्यधिक सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है।
गहलोत ने अधिकारियों को स्कूलों-कॉलेजों में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति बढ़ने पर संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए प्रोटोकॉल की पालना के प्रति अधिक सजग रहने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूलों को कक्षा 9 से 12 तक विद्यार्थियों की तरह कक्षा 6 से 8 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए भी 50 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति सहित हैल्थ प्रोटोकॉल की पूर्ण पालना करने की शर्त के साथ ही खोलने की अनुमति होगी। इसी प्रकार, कॉलेजों के लिए भी अन्तिम वर्ष के छात्र-छात्राओं के सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में लागू 50 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति सहित अन्य शर्तें प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष के लिए विद्यार्थियों के लिए लागू होंगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सिनेमा, थिऐटर, मल्टीप्लेक्स आदि को कुल क्षमता की 50 प्रतिशत सीटों तक ही खोलने की अनुमति होगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा कुंभ मेले के लिए जारी दिशा-निर्देशों (एसओपी) के अनुरूप ही प्रदेश में आयोजित होने वाले विभिन्न धार्मिक मेलों के लिए नए एसओपी जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शादी-विवाह समारोह के लिए उपखण्ड मजिस्ट्रेट को पूर्व सूचना और अन्य सामाजिक आयोजनों के लिए जिला कलेक्टर को पूर्व सूचना देने तथा सभी हैल्थ प्रोटोकॉल की पालना की शर्त के साथ अब ऐसे आयोजनों में आगन्तुकों की उपस्थिति 200 व्यक्ति तक रह सकेगी।
