बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता । बीते दो माह पहले बहुचर्चित नोखा जेल ब्रेक करने वाला मास्टरमाइंड बीकानेर पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ चुका है । जिसकी गिरफ्तारी को लेकर डीएसटी से लेकर जिला पुलिस की अलग-अलग स्पेशल टीमें आरोपी मास्टरमाइंड के पीछे लगी हुई थी और आरोपी इतना शातिर था वह हुलिया बदलकर अपनी लोकेशन बदलता रहा । इस दौरान आरोपी ने चार राज्यों में अपनी फरारी काटी,लेकिन पुलिस के खुफिया तंत्र के आगे इस शातिर मास्टरमाइंड की एक भी चाल लंबे समय तक नही चल पाई और खाकी ने इसको बिल से निकाल लिया और आरोपी की सारी हेकड़ी निकाल कर रख दी । इस कार्रवाई को डीएसटी व दो थानों की स्पेशल पुलिस टीम ने अंजाम दिया जिसमें साइबर सेल से दीपक यादव का विशेष सहयोग रहा ।
यह है जेल ब्रेक की संगीन घटना..
स्थान नोखा जेल, तारीख 21 अप्रेल, समय भोर के 4:30 के आसपास सूचना आई कि नोखा उप कारागार में बंद 5 बंदी जेल की दीवार फांदकर फरार हो गए जिस पर नोखा थानाधिकारी सहित जिले के आला पुलिस अधिकारियों ने घटनास्थल का मौका मुआयना किया । बैरक में कुल 22 बंदी कैद थे जिनमें से पांच बंदियों ने बैरक की खिड़की के नीचे से दीवार तोड़कर बैरक से बाहर आ गए और आरोपियों ने कारागृह की कम्बलों से रस्सी बनाई और इसी रस्सी के सहारे पांच कैदी जेल की दीवार फांदकर फरार हो गए । इस सम्बंध में उप कारापाल नोखा की रिपोर्ट पर नोखा पुलिस ने प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच प्रारंभ करते हुए आरोपीगणो की तलाश शुरू कर दी ।
फरार आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए स्पेशल टीमें गठित
कार्यवाहक एसपी शैलेन्द्र सिंह इन्दोलिया ने घटना की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए स्पेशल टीमें गठित की जिसमे जिला स्पेशल पुलिस की सेल को शामिल किया गया । इस दौरान पुलिस टीम की पड़ताल में सामने आया कि नोखा जेल ब्रेक का मास्टरमाइंड रतिराम पुत्र लिछुराम जाट उम्र 24 वर्ष कुचौर अगुणी है । जिस पर आरोपी के ठिकानों पर लगातार नजर रखी गई इस दौरान आरोपी के संपर्क वालों की पूरी कुंडली तैयार की गई जिसमें उसके संदिग्ध मित्रो व जानकारों से एक एक सुराग जुटाया गया इस दौरान पुलिस टीम ने इन सब पर करीब दो माह तक नजर रखी और इस दौरान पुलिस टीम व डीएसटी के हाथ कई अहम सुराग हाथ लगे । वंही पुलिस टीम द्वारा मुखबीर की सूचनाओं पर तकनीकी विश्लेषण किया गया जिसमें मास्टरमाइंड आरोपी रतिराम की सूचना मिली कि वह व्यास कॉलोनी थाना क्षेत्र में जयपुर – जोधपुर बाईपास रोड से जसरासर जाने वाला है जिसकी सूचना पर डीएसटी टीम व नोखा पुलिस ने संयुक्त रूप से कार्यवाही करते हुये शातिर आरोपी रतिराम को बीकानेर से दबोच लिया ।
शातिर आरोपी हुलिया बदलकर इस तरह बचता रहा पुलिस से, पढ़े उसी की जुबानी
पकड़े गए मास्टरमाइंड रतिराम के पुलिस पूछताछ में बताया कि वह जैल ब्रेक होने के बाद नोखा से देशनोक आया , यहां से तेल के टैंकर में बैठकर जोधपुर चला गया । जोधपुर से राजकोट में कुछ दिन फरारी काटी व मजदूरी की । यंहा से वो राजकोट से मुम्बई चला गया । मुम्बई में मजदूरी का कार्य किया व मुम्बई में पुलिस की गिरफ्तारी के डर से अपना हुलिया चेंज करते हुये व भेश बदलते हुये छोटे बाल करवा लिये । भीड़- भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर छुपकर रहने लगा, वहां से अहमदाबाद आ गया । अहमदाबाद रूकने के बाद दिल्ली आ गया, दिल्ली में रूककर फरारी काटी व साथ में उसके रूपये नही होने के कारण वापस बीकानेर आकर आया, इस दौरान बीकानेर पुलिस के खुफिया तंत्र पर आरोपी की लोकेशन प्रकट हुई । जिस पर डीएसटी पुलिस टीम व नोखा पुलिस थाना की टीम ने कार्य करते हुये शातिर मास्टरमाइंड रतिराम को बीकानेर से गिरफ्तार कर लिया । बता दे, इससे पूर्व में इस घटना में फरार हुए चार आरोपी पुलिस द्वारा उक्त प्रकरण में गिरफ्तार किये जा चुके है । पकड़े गए आरोपी रतिराम के खिलाफ अपराध का लंबा चौड़ा हिसाब किताब है जंहा आरोपी के विरुद्ध जिले के नोखा थाने,श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाना,जसरासर थाना, बीछवाल थाना,नापासर थाना,सांड्या थाना (चुरू) में करीब 10 मुकदमे दर्ज है ।

डीएसटी प्रभारी सुभाष बिजारणीयां, हेडकांस्टेबल रामकरण,कानदान,अब्दुल सत्तार, साइबर सेल से हेडकांस्टेबल दीपक यादव, कांस्टेबल वासुदेव, लखविन्द्र, योगेन्द्र,दिलीप सिंह,रघुवीरसिंह,पूनम, राजुराम, नरेन्द्र व आरोपी को पकड़ने में सहायता करने वाली टीम : – ईश्वर प्रसाद पु.नि. थानाधिकारी नोखा देवीलाल थानाधिकारी पुलिस थाना जसरासर , भोलाराम उपनिरीक्षक पुलिस थाना नोखा आदि के सहयोग से नोखा जेल ब्रेक का मास्टरमाइंड धरा गया ।
