नयी दिल्ली. एक बड़ी खबर के अनुसार अब से कुछ देर पहले ही वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कोरोना कोविड-प्रभावित क्षेत्र के लिये 1।01 लाख करोड़ रुपये की रिण गारंटी योजना घोषित की है। दरअसल कोरोना महामारी से प्रभावित भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में नई जान फूंकने के लिए आज कई बड़े ऐलान किए जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा हेल्थ सेक्टर के लिए 50 हजार करोड़ रुपये का एक बड़ा ऐलान किया है। इस रकम को नॉन मेट्रो मेडिकल इंफ्रा के लिए खर्च किए जाएंगे।
गौरतलब है कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर से फिलहाल कई सेक्टर्स संकट में हैं, और इसके चलते मोदी सरकार से लगातार मदद की मांग की जा रही है। पिछले दिनों सरकार ने भी संकेत दिया था कि उन सेक्टर्स को मदद के लिए सरकार विचार कर रही है। जो सबसे ज्यादा संकट में हैं।
इसमें निम्नलिखित मुख्य बातें आज निर्मला सीतारमण ने कही हैं :
- इसमें स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र को 100 करोड़ रुपये तक का कर्ज 7।95 प्रतिशत की ब्याज दर पर दिया जायेगा।
- वित्त मंत्री ने 1।5 लाख करोड़ रुपये की अतिरिक्त आपात ऋण सुविधा गारंटी योजना की घोषणा की।
- वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि आपात ऋण सुविधा गारंटी योजना का दायरा बढ़ाया जा रहा है, इस योजना के तहत एमएसएमई (सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मझोले उद्यम), अन्य क्षेत्रों को बिना किसी गारंटी के कर्ज उपलब्ध कराया गया है।
- वित्त मंत्री ने 25 लाख छोटे कर्ज लेनदारों को निचली ब्याज दरों पर ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए नई योजना की घोषणा की।
- इसके तहत 1।25 लाख रुपये तक का कर्ज दिया जाएगा।
- वित्त मंत्री ने पर्यटन क्षेत्र को राहत देने के उपायों की घोषणा की। ट्रैवल एजेंसियों को 10 लाख रुपये तक का कर्ज, पर्यटक गाइड को एक लाख रुपये तक का ऋण मिलेगा।
- यात्रा प्रतिबंधों के समाप्त होने के बाद सरकार देश की यात्रा पर आने वाले पहले पांच लाख यात्रियों के लिये वीजा फीस से छूट देगी।
- सीतारमण ने 85,413 करोड़ रुपये के बजट आवंटन के ऊपर 14,775 करोड़ रुपये की अतिरिक्त उर्वरक सब्सिडी उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा की।
