7-आर सम्मेलन का चौथा संस्करण
जयपुर। विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के अवसर पर शनिवार को राजस्थान राज्य प्रदूषण नियन्त्रण बोर्ड एवं भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में वर्चुअल माध्यम से 7-आर सम्मेलन के चौथे संस्करण का आयोजन किया गया। सम्मेलन में 7 आर यानि ‘Rethink पुनर्विचार करें, Refuse मना करें, Reduce कम करें, Reuse पुनः उपयोग करें, Refurbish नवीनीकरण करें, Recover पुनःप्राप्त करें और Recycle रिसायकल करें’ पर विशेष तौर पर जोर दिया गया।
सम्मेलन के उद्धाटन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए राजस्थान राज्य प्रदूषण नियन्त्रण बोर्ड की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती वीनू गुप्ता ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के इस दौर ने हमे ये बता दिया है कि प्रकृति और पर्यावरण मनुष्य से ज्यादा शक्तिशाली है। श्रीमती गुप्ता ने प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि विभिन्न उद्योगों से निकलने वाले कचरे का प्रबंधन हम सब के लिए बड़ी चुनौती है। श्रीमती गुप्ता ने कहा कि आज के दौर में विभिन्न तरह के गैजैट्स के उपयोग से ई-कचरा तेजी से बढ़ रहा है और ई-कचरे के संकलन का प्रतिशत हमारे देश में बहुत ही कम है ऎसे में भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ को ई-कचरा रिसाइक्लिंग व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए। इससे पहले श्रीमती श्रेया गुहा, प्रमुख सचिव-पर्यावरण एवं वन, राजस्थान सरकार ने जल प्रदुषण, वायु प्रदुषण और जैव अपशिष्ट के प्रबंधन के बारे में सम्मलेन को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के कारण पहली बार ये सम्मलेन वर्चुअल माध्यम से हो रहा है।
सम्मेलन में वर्तमान नीति परिप्रेक्ष्य, पर्यावरण प्रबंधन पर नियामक परिदृश्य और उद्योगों के लिए व्यवसाय करने में आसानी सहित विभिन्न विषयों पर चर्चा की गयी। उद्योगों द्वारा नीतिगत ढांचा और कार्यान्वयन, एनजीटी की भूमिका और उसके दिशा-निर्देश, पर्यावरण अनुपालन, पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र की बहाली और उद्योग द्वारा उठाए गए कदम, ग्रीनको रेटिंग के माध्यम से हरित उद्योगों को सुविधा प्रदान करना, नेट जीरो बिल्डिंग, सतत जल प्रबंधन और जैव विविधता और भूमि उपचार जैसे विषयों पर भी सम्मलेन में विशेषज्ञों ने विचार व्यक्त किए।
