जयपुर। जयपुर में राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में अपनी मांगों को लेकर प्रदर्शन कर रहे अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (ABVP) कार्यकर्ताओं पर पुलिस ने हल्का बल प्रयोग किया। लाठीचार्ज उस समय हुआ जब ABVP कार्यकर्ता कुलपति सचिवालय का घेराव करते हुए कुलपति के चैम्बर में प्रवेश करने का प्रयास करने लगे। इस दौरान वहां पुलिस के जवानों और कार्यकर्ताओं में जबरदस्त धक्का-मुक्की हो गई। मौजूद पुलिस फोर्स ने प्रदर्शन कर रहे कार्यकर्ताओं को खदेड़ने के लिए हल्का बल प्रयोग किया।
इससे पहले राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय (RU) परिसर में स्थित विवेकानंद पार्क में ABVP के राष्ट्रीय सह संघटन मंत्री प्रफुल्ल आकांत, प्रांत संगठन मंत्री अर्जुन तिवाड़ी सहित करीब 100 कार्यकर्ता और छात्र अपनी मांगों को लेकर सभा कर रहे थे। सभा के बाद ये सभी कुलपति सचिवालय कुलपति से मिलने पहुंचे, जहां पुलिस ने इन्हें कुलपति सचिवालय गेट पर ही रोक लिया। यहां प्रदर्शनकारियों ने सरकार और कुलपति के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की।
इस दौरान पुलिस के जवानों और प्रदर्शनकारियों में प्रवेश की बात को लेकर धक्का-मुक्की हो गई। पुलिस ने हल्का बल प्रयोग करते हुए वहां से प्रदर्शन कर रहे छात्रों को खदेड़ा। जिसमें तीन छात्रों को चोटें आ गईं। दो को एम्बुलेंस से SMS अस्पताल भिजवाया गया। वहीं घटना के बाद नाराज प्रदर्शनकारी कुलपति सचिवालय के बाहर ही धरने पर बैठ गए।
23 दिन से बैठे हैं धरने पर
ABVP के प्रदेश मंत्री होशियार मीणा ने बताया कि हम पिछले 23 दिनों से 21 सूत्रीय मांगो को लेकर विश्वविद्यालय (RU) के बाहर धरना दे रहे हैं। लेकिन हमारी मांगों पर सरकार और RU कोई विचार नहीं कर रहे। प्रमोटी छात्रों को 5 फीसदी बोनस अंक देने, छात्रवृत्ति, नई लाइब्रेरी को शुरू करने सहित अन्य 21 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर धरना दे रहे छात्रों से जब कोई भी वार्ता के लिए नहीं आया तो हम सभी कुलपति से मिलने उनके चैम्बर पहुंचे, जहां पुलिस फोर्स ने हमे रोका और हम पर लाठीचार्ज किया।
