पणजी। गोवा कांग्रेस के 11 में से 8 विधायकों ने बुधवार को पार्टी छोड़ दी। सभी विधायक मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत के साथ विधानसभा पहुंचे और स्पीकर रमेश तावड़कर को अलग होने का पत्र सौंपा। गोवा भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सदानंद तनवड़े ने बताया कि सभी विधायक भाजपा में शामिल होंगे।
कांग्रेस छोड़ने वाले विधायकों में पूर्व CM दिगंबर कामत, माइकल लोबो, देलिया लोबो, केदार नाइक, राजेश फलदेसाई, एलेक्सो स्काइरिया, संकल्प अमोलकर और रोडोल्फो फर्नांनडिज का नाम शामिल है।
कामत और लोबो पर कांग्रेस ने की थी कार्रवाई
इसी साल जुलाई में कांग्रेस ने पार्टी विरोधी साजिश में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाकर दिगंबर कामत और माइकल लोबो पर कार्रवाई की थी। उस वक्त कांग्रेस टूट से बचने के लिए अपने 5 विधायकों को चेन्नई शिफ्ट कर दिया था।
2019 में कांग्रेस के 15 में 10 विधायक भाजपा में गए थे
इससे पहले 2019 में कांग्रेस के 15 में से 10 विधायक BJP में शामिल हुए थे। इसमें नेता विपक्ष चंद्रकांत कावलेकर भी शामिल थे। गोवा के CM प्रमोद सावंत ने कांग्रेस के सभी बागी विधायकों को BJP में शामिल करवाया था।
