मुंबई। महाराष्ट्र में चल रहे सियासी मुकाबले में सोमवार को हुए फ्लोर टेस्ट को अंतिम पड़ाव कहा जा सकता है। मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे की सरकार ने 164 विधायकों के समर्थन से विश्वास मत हासिल कर लिया है। वहीं, करीब दो सप्ताह पहले सत्ता पर काबिज महाविकास अघाड़ी गठबंधन 99 पर सिमट गया। आंकड़ों और पद के लिहाज से देखें तो शिवसेना और खासतौर से ठाकरे परिवार की राजनीति खासी प्रभावित हुई है। एक ओर जहां पार्टी ने पहले विधायक गंवाएं। वहीं, बाद में संघर्ष का अंत भी सीएम की गद्दी गंवाकर हुआ। एक बार विस्तार से समझते हैं कि आखिर शुरुआत किस तरह हुई…
बात 20 या 21 जून की है। तब महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री रहे उद्धव ठाकरे ने शिवसेना के सभी विधायकों की बैठक बुलाई थी। उन्हें विधान परिषद के चुनाव में क्रॉस वोटिंग को लेकर शक हुआ था। इस बैठक में पार्टी के सभी विधायकों को मौजूद रहने के निर्देश दिए गए थे। हालांकि, मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे और 11 विधायकों का कोई पता नहीं चल रहा था। खबरें आई कि महाराष्ट्र के एक दर्जन विधायक सूरत पहुंचे हैं।
22 जून को खबर आई कि गुजरात के सूरत में ठहरे विधायक ने उत्तर पूर्वी राज्य असम के गुवाहाटी का रुख किया है। वहां पहुंचने पर शिंदे ने 40 विधायकों के समर्थन का दावा किया। खास बात है कि यह आंकड़ा उन्हें दल बदल कानून से बचने के लिए काफी था।
तीसरे दिन दीपक केसरकर, मंगेश कुडलकर और सादा सर्वांकर भी गुवाहाटी पहुंच गए। तब सभी बागी विधायकों ने पहली बार वीडियो जारी कर शक्ति प्रदर्शन किया। इधर, मुंबई में शिवसेना विधायकों के ‘अपहरण’ के दावे कर रही थी। खास बात है कि 34 विधायकों के हस्ताक्षर वाला प्रस्ताव राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी के पास गया, जिसमें कहा गया कि शिंदे ही विधायक दल के नेता हैं।
इसके बाद शिवसेना ने 16 बागी विधायकों को अयोग्य ठहराए जाने की मांग की। इस संबंध में डिप्टी स्पीकर को पत्र सौंपा गया। जवाब में दो निर्दलीय विधायकों ने डिप्टी स्पीकर के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लाने का फैसला किया। खास बात है कि इस प्रस्ताव पर 34 विधायकों ने साइन किए थे। हालांकि, जिरवाल ने इसे खारिज कर दिया था।

एक और अपील लेकिन अब भाजपा की हो चुकी थी एंट्री
ठाकरे ने विधायकों से मुंबई लौटने की अपील की, लेकिन विधायक गुवाहाटी में ही जमे रहे। इधर, भाजपा नेता फडणवीस ने सियासी रफ्तार बढ़ा दी थी। उन्होंने राज्यपाल कोश्यारी को पत्र लिखकर फ्लोर टेस्ट की मांग की। इसके बाद सरकार को बहुमत साबित करने के लिए बुलाया गया।
यहां से शुरू हो चुका था अंतिम दौर
30 जून, गुरुवार को बहुमत साबित करने के लिए कहा गया और बागी विधायक गुवाहाटी से गोवा के लिए निकल गए। कहा गया कि उन्होंने यह कदम मुंबई में होने वाली सदन की कार्यवाही के लिए उठाया है। इतना ही नहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी ठाकरे की फ्लोर टेस्ट के आदेश को रोकने वाली याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने शाम को इस्तीफे की घोषणा की।
मुंबई में भाजपा ने बैठकें शुरू की। वहां, शिंदे अपने विधायकों को गोवा में छोड़ मुंबई पहुंच गए। इसके बाद दोनों नेताओं ने राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की। इसके कुछ समय बाद ही फडणवीस ने घोषणा कर दी थी कि शिंदे ही सीएम होंगे और वह सरकार से बाहर रहेंगे। हालांकि, आलाकमान के कहने पर उन्होंने उप मुख्यमंत्री का पद स्वीकार किया।

16 विधायकों के साथ रविवार को स्पीकर के चुनाव में उतरी शिवसेना को सोमवार को फिर नुकसान हुआ है। खबरें आई कि उद्धव गुट के दो और विधायक बागी हो गए थे। सत्ता की शुरुआत में 56 विधायकों के साथ गठबंधन के सबसे बड़े दल रहे शिवसेना के दो हिस्से हुए। फिलहाल, उद्धव के पास महज 14 विधायक हैं। जबकि, शिंदे गुट में करीब 40 विधायकों के शामिल होने की बात सामने आई है।
