संस्थान के सेवादार राजकुमार खड़गावत व उनकी टीम ने घायल युवक के परिजनों के बारे में जानकारी जुटाने के प्रयास शुरू किए तो इस दौरान पता चला कि यह व्यक्ति नोहर से रैफर होकर हनुमानगढ़ आरएमजीएम अस्पताल और फिर हनुमानगढ़ से 108 एम्बुलेंस में रैफर होकर बीकानेर पीबीएम अस्पताल लाया गया था। ऐसे में नोहर के अस्पताल में युवक के बारे में जानकारी जुटाई तो उसके परिजनों का पता चला। जिसके बाद उन्हें सूचना दी गई,ओर रविवार को वे बीकानेर पहुंचे है। युवक की सार संभाल करने में असहाय सेवा संस्थान के सेवादार राजकुमार खड़गावत ताहिर हुसैन, अब्दुल सत्तार, जुनैद खान, रमजान अली, इरफान अली, तिलोक सिंह आदि लगे रहे।
