बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. बी.डी. कल्ला ने मुक्ताप्रसाद नगर में बनने वाले बीकानेर के दूसरे शहरी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भवन का भूमिपूजन शनिवार को किया।
इस अवसर पर डॉ. कल्ला ने बताया कि लगभग 40 हजार स्क्वायर फिट क्षेत्र में बनने वाले इस स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के माध्यम से मुक्ता प्रसाद नगर, सर्वोदय बस्ती, रामपुरा, लालगढ़ क्षेत्र के हजारों लोगों स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल सकेंगी। इसके निर्माण पर साढ़े चार करोड़ तथा संसाधनों पर डेढ़ करोड़ रुपए व्यय होंगे। उन्होंने निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण करने तथा गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मुक्ता प्रसाद नगर का कोई भी परिवार मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के तहत पंजीकरण से वंचित नहीं रहे, इसके प्रयास किए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुक्ता प्रसाद कॉलोनी के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय को अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूल बनाया जाएगा। यहां के पार्कों के सौंदर्यकरण के लिए शीघ्र ही यूआईटी और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों के साथ क्षेत्र का दौरा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मुक्ता प्रसाद कॉलोनी को उनके द्वारा गोद लिया गया है तथा क्षेत्र के सर्वांगीण विकास में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत ने कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना लागू करने, मनरेगा की तर्ज पर इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार योजना की घोषणा करने तथा महात्मा गांधी अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूलें प्रारंभ करने जैसे ऐतिहासिक कार्य किए हैं।
इस दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. बी.एल. मीणा, नगर निगम में नेता प्रतिपक्ष श्रीमती चेतना चौधरी, अरविंद मिढ्ढा तथा संजय वशिष्ठ बतौर अतिथि मौजूद रहे।
इससे पहले शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. कल्ला ने वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार के साथ भूमि पूजन किया और शिला पट्टिका का अनावरण किया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आईईसी कॉर्डिनेटर मालकोश आचार्य ने चिकित्सा विभाग और दिलीप कुमार दुबे ने स्थानीय प्रतिनिधि के तौर पर आभार जताया।
