बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। दीपावली के अवसर पर रात 8 से 10 बजे तक ही ग्रीन आतिशबाजी की अनुमति रहेगी। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट नमित मेहता ने धारा 144 के तहत 2 से 6 नवंबर तक शहर के महत्वपूर्ण सार्वजनिक स्थानों और उसके आसपास के क्षेत्र में आतिशबाजी करने के संबंध में अवरोधात्मक पर निर्देश दिए हैं।
दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 144 के तहत जारी आदेशानुसार जिले में पेट्रोलियम और उससे बने पदार्थों की संस्थाओं के क्षेत्र और उनके 500 मीटर की परिधि क्षेत्र में पटाखों पर पूरी तरह रोक रहेगी। इसके अतिरिक्त बीकानेर शहर के महत्वपूर्ण मार्गों जैसे महात्मा गांधी मार्ग, स्टेशन रोड, गंगाशहर रोड दाऊजी रोड, सट्टा बाजार गली ,लाबूजी कटला, बड़ा बाजार ,तोलियासर भेरुजी गली, कपड़ा बाजार गंगा शहर क्षेत्रों में पटाखे और आतिशबाजी के प्रयोग को पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित किया गया है। आदेशानुसार अस्पताल, शिक्षण संस्थाएं, धार्मिक परिसर और अन्य घोषित शांत क्षेत्र के 100 मीटर के दायरे में पटाखे पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित रहेंगे।
आदेशानुसार सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय के दिशानिर्देशों की अनुपालना में जिले में रात 8 बजे से 10 बजे तक ही पटाखों के उपयोग करने की अनुमति रहेगी इसके अतिरिक्त पूरी तरह से पटाखों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
आदेशानुसार आर्मी एरिया, एयरफोर्स स्टेशन, नाल आर्मी की एम्युनिशन डिपो के 500 मीटर परिधि में आतिशबाजी छोड़ने पर पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है । इसी प्रकार इस अवधि के दौरान रिवाल्वर ,पिस्टल ,राइफल बंदूक या अन्य किसी प्रकार का धारदार हथियार या आपत्तिजनक विस्फोटक लेकर चलने और प्रदर्शन करने पर भी पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित रहेगा । इस आदेश से सशस्त्र पुलिस होमगार्ड सेना और ड्यूटी पर तैनात सरकारी कर्मचारियों को मुक्त रखा गया है।
