जयपुर। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. रघु शर्मा ने बताया कि प्रदेश में कोविड-19 से हुई मौतों के आंकडों के बारे में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा पूर्व में पुर्नसत्यापन करवाया जा चुका है। इसके उपरांत अब मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत के निर्देशों की अनुपालना में कोरोना मृत्यु के आंकड़ों का सभी जिलों में निर्धारित सैंपल साइज के अनुसार निर्धारित समयावधि में प्रमाणन करवाया जाएगा। इसके लिए वरिष्ठ चिकित्सकों की अध्यक्षता में 3 दल गठित किए गए हैं।
डॉ. शर्मा ने बताया कि वर्ष 2019 में कुल 3 लाख 96 हजार 799 मृत्यु पंजीकृत हुई। वर्ष 2020 में यह आँकडा बढ़कर 4 लाख 20 हजार 403 हो गया। वर्ष 2019 की तुलना में लगभग 6 प्रतिशत (5.94ः) की वृद्धि हुई है। इसी प्रकार वर्ष 2020 में माह जनवरी, 2020 से 25 मई, 2020 तक 1 लाख 66 हजार 392 मृत्यु पंजीकृत हुई। वर्ष 2021 में उक्तानुसार अवधि में 1 लाख 75 हजार 244 मृत्यु पंजीकृत हुई। इस अवधि में हुई वृद्धि पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 5.31% रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह वृद्धि दर पिछले वर्ष की वृद्धि दर के समान ही है।
चिकित्सा मंत्री ने बताया कि कोविड-19 के कारण मार्च, 2020 से मार्च,2021 तक कुल 2 हजार 818 मृत्यु हुई थी। इस अवधि में कुल मृत्यु का आंकड़ा 4 लाख 39 हजार 996रहा है। इस प्रकार कोविड के कारण मृत्यु का प्रतिशत 0.64 रहा । अप्रैल, 2021 से मई,2021 तक कोविड-19 के कारण कुल 5 हजार 93 मृत्यु हुई । यह मृत्यु के कुल आंकडे 83 हजार 188 का 6.12% है।
डॉ. शर्मा ने बताया कि मौतों की समीक्षा एवं आंकडों के प्रमाणन के बारे में गठित दल विभिन्न जिलों में जाकर डेथ आडिट करेगे। इसके लिए संबंधित जिले में हुई कुल मृत्यु एवं कोविड से हुई मृत्यु के तुलनात्मक आंकड़ों का आकलन किया जाएगा। गठित दल संबंधित जिलों में कोरोना उपचार एवं मृत्यु की संभावना कम करने के बारे में अपने सुझाव भी प्रस्तुत करेंगे। इन दलों को संबंधित जिलों का निरीक्षण कर आगामी 15 दिनों में अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
प्रमुख शासन सचिव चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य श्री अखिल अरोड़ा ने कल इन दलों के गठन के आदेश भी जारी कर दिए हैं। प्रथम दल में डॉ. रवि शर्मा, अतिरिक्त निदेशक (ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य), डा. बी. एल. मीणा, संयुक्त निदेशक, (ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य), द्वितीय दल में डॉ. प्रवीण असवाल, डॉ. नरेन्द्र आर्य और तृतीय दल में डॉ. सुशील परमार और डा. मनोज ठाकुरिया को नियोजित किया है।
