बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। जिले की तीन नगरपालिकाओं में गुरूवार को होने वाले मतदान में 1 लाख 3 हजार 671 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी नमित मेहता ने यह जानकारी दी। शांतिपूर्ण और व्यवस्थित मतदान के लिए 5 रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त किए गए हैं, वही संवेदनशील मतदान केंद्रों पर पुलिस का अतिरिक्त जाब्ता तैनात रहेगा। मतदान प्रातः 8 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक होगा।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि देशनोक नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में 29 मतदान केन्द्रों पर 14 हजार 748 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे, जिसमें 7 हजार 662 पुरूष मतदाता एवं 7 हजार 86 महिला मतदाता शामिल हैं। इसी प्रकार श्रीडूंगरगढ़ नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में 79 मतदान केन्द्रों पर 42 हजार 636 मतदाता वोट डाल सकेंगे, जिसमें 22 हजार 115 पुरूष मतदाता एवं 20 हजार 519 महिला मतदाता तथा 02 थर्ड जेण्डर मतदाता हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि नोखा नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में 82 मतदान केन्द्रों पर कुल 46 हजार 287 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे, जिसमें 23 हजार 732 पुरूष मतदाता एवं 22 हजार 555 महिला मतदाता हैं।
39 मतदान केन्द्र है संवेदनशील
मेहता ने बताया कि तीनों नगरपालिका क्षेत्रों में 39 मतदान केन्द्रों को संवेदनशील घोषित किया गया है। क्रिटिकल मतदान केन्द्रों में प्रत्येक केन्द्र पर 5 पुलिस कार्मिक सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर तैनात किए जाएंगे।
तीन एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट, 23 सेक्टर अधिकारी करेंगे भ्रमण
मेहता ने बताया कि नगर पालिका चुनाव में निष्पक्ष एवं भयुक्मत मतदान हेतु एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट एवं सैक्टर अधिकारियों एवं रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति भी की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि देशनोक नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में 1 एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट, 1 रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं 6 सैैक्टर अधिकारी नियुक्त किए गए हैं। इसी प्रकार श्रीडूंगरगढ़ नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में 1 एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट, 2 रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं 8 सैैक्टर अधिकारी लगाए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि नोखा नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में 1 एरिया मजिस्ट्रेट, 2 रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं 9 सैैक्टर अधिकारी नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
मतदान हेतु फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र होगा आवश्यक
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी नमित मेहता ने बताया कि सभी मतदाताओं को मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र जारी हो चुके है। उन्होंने बताया कि मतदान के दौरान मतदाताओं को अपनी पहचान स्थापित करने के लिए यह पहचान पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
मेहता ने बताया कि यदि कोई मतदाता किसी कारणवश मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र प्रस्तुत करने में असमर्थ रहता है तो वह आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, ड्राईविंग लाईसेंस, आयकर पहचान पत्र, सांसदो व विधानसभा सदस्यों को जारी किए गए सरकारी पहचान पत्र, केन्द्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार व राज्य पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पनी तथा सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम द्वारा कर्मचारी का फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र, श्रम मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी फोटोयुक्त स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना स्मार्ट कार्ड, फोटो युक्त पेंशन कार्ड, सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी फोटोयुक्त छात्र पहचान पत्र, सक्षम प्राधिकारियों द्वारा जारी फोटो युक्त शारीरिक विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र और बैंक तथा डाकघर द्वारा जारी फोटो युक्त पासबुक प्रस्तुत कर सकता है।
