उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से पहले राजस्थान के विकास का सिलसिला लगातार चल रहा है, लेकिन जब से यहां कांग्रेस की सरकार बनी है, तब से विकास के काम में रोड़े अटकाने का ही काम चल रहा है। कांग्रेस की सरकार का मतलब है कि लूट की दुकान और झूठ का बाजार। इस लूट की दुकान का ताजा प्रोडक्ट है लाल डायरी।
मोदी ने कहा कि कितनी ही ताकत लगा लें, लेकिन लाल डायरी इस चुनाव में पूरी कांग्रेस का डिब्बा गोल करने जा रही है। लाल डायरी के नाम से ही कांग्रेस के नेताओं की बोलती बंद हो रही है। लोकतंत्र में सरकार को अपने काम का हिसाब देना पड़ता है, लेकिन जो चार साल सिर्फ सोएगा, वो काम का हिसाब कैसे देगा? इन लोगों ने सरकार का हर दिन आपसी खींचतान, वर्चस्व की लड़ाई में बर्बाद किया है।
मोदी ने कहा- कहते हैं लाल डायरी में कांग्रेस सरकार के काले कारनामे दर्ज हैं। लोग कह रहे हैं कि लाल डायरी के पन्ने खुले तो अच्छे-अच्छे निपट जाएंगे।

मोदी ने राजस्थान से विपक्षी दलों पर हमला बोलते हुए क्विट इंडिया का नारा भी दिया। उन्होंने कहा जैसे आजादी की लड़ाई में महात्मा गांधी ने अंग्रेजों के लिए ‘क्विट इंडिया’ का नारा दिया था, वैसे ही समृद्ध भारत बनाने के लिए भ्रष्टाचार क्विट इंडिया, आतंकवाद क्विट इंडिया, परिवारवाद क्विट इंडिया जैसे नारे की जरूरत है।

- कांग्रेस और सहयोगी दल नाम बदलकर मूर्ख बना रहे हैं
कांग्रेस और उसके सहयोगी दलों ने नया पैंतरा चला है। यह पैंतरा है नाम बदलने का। पहले के जमाने में, कोई पीढ़ी या कंपनी बदनाम हो जाए तो तुरंत कंपनी वाले नया बोर्ड लगाकर अपना काम शुरू कर देते हैं। कांग्रेस और उनके सहयोगी दलों की जमात ऐसे फ्रॉड कंपनियों की नकल कर रही है। यूपीए से नाम बदलकर ‘I.N.D.I.A’ कर दिया। इन्होंने नाम इसलिए बदला ताकि ये कर्ज माफी के नाम पर किसानों से विश्वासघात छिपा सकें। आतंकवाद के आगे घुटने टेकने की बात छिपा सकें। - दुश्मनों जैसा तरीका अपनाया
मोदी ने कहा कि इनका तरीका वही है, जो हमेशा दुश्मनों ने अपनाया है। इंडिया नाम तो ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी में भी था। इंडिया नाम भारत भक्ति दिखाने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि भारत को लूटने के इरादे से लगाया गया था। कांग्रेस के शासनकाल में स्टूडेंट इस्लामिक मूवमेंट ऑफ इंडिया (सिमी) बना था, इसमें भी इंडिया था, लेकिन मकसद आतंकवाद था। यह नाम बदलकर पॉपुलर फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया हो गया। नाम नया, काम वही पुराना।
मोदी ने कहा कि इसी तरह कांग्रेस यूपीए के कारनामों को छिपाना चाहते हैं। यदि इन्हें भारत की परवाह होती तो उन्हें विदेशियों से भारत में दखल देने की बात नहीं करते। सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक, गलवान में सेना के शौर्य पर सवाल नहीं उठाते। ये वही लोग हैं जो आतंकवादी हमला होने पर देश के दुश्मनों के आगे रोते थे। इनका जनता वही हाल करेगी, जो पहले किया था।
किसानों के खातों में 17 हजार करोड़ ट्रांसफर किए
इससे पहले, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राजस्थान के सीकर से किसानों के खातों में 17 हजार करोड़ रुपए ट्रांसफर किए। इसके साथ ही केंद्र सरकार ने किसानों के लिए यूरिया गोल्ड भी लॉन्च किया।
किसानों को संबोधित करते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि जो यूरिया की बोरी देश के किसानों को 266 रुपए में मिल रही है, वह बोरी पाकिस्तान में 800 रुपए में मिलती है। पड़ोसी देश चीन में 2100 रुपए और अमेरिका में 3 हजार रुपए में मिल रही है। PM मोदी ने सीकर के किसानों के हौसले की तारीफ की। उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी के बाद पहली बार ऐसी सरकार आई है, जो किसानों के साथ खड़ी है।
गहलोत के शामिल होने को लेकर केंद्र-राज्य सरकार के बीच विवाद
