जयपुर@जागरूक जनता । राजस्थान में 3 मई तक ‘जन अनुशासन पखवाड़ा’ का सख्त कर्फ्यू रहेगा। जिसके तहत जरूरी सेवाओं में छूट दी गई है। उधर इससे पहले राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने ओपन मीटिंग में प्रदेशवासियों से अपील करी कि कोरोना गाइड लाइन्स की पालना करें। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने विशेषज्ञों के साथ ओपन मीटिंग भी की। मीटिंग के बाद सीएम गहलोत ने आमजन से कहा कि ‘देश को बचाना भी आवश्यक है, प्रदेश को बचाना भी हमारा परम कर्तव्य है, उसमें आमजन के सहयोग से ही कामयाबी मिल सकती है। वैक्सीन जितनी ज्यादा उपयोगी है, मास्क भी उससे कम नहीं है। मास्क व्यक्ति को बचा सकता है, मास्क, डिस्टेंसिंग, हाथ बार-बार धोना ये ही प्रोटोकॉल है।’CM के साथ बैठक में स्वास्थ्य राज्य मंत्री डॉ. सुभाग गर्ग बोले- 15 दिन तक कर्फ्यू को सख्ती से लागू करें। अन्यथा हम कुछ भी कर लें, संक्रमण की गति को नहीं रोक पाएंगे। आरयूएचएस कुलपति डॉ. राजाबाबू पंवार, एसएमएस मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल डॉ. सुधीर भंडारी सहित कई मेडिकल एक्सपर्ट ने 2-3 सप्ताह का लॉकडाउन लगाने का सुझाव दिया। और कहा कि जो लॉकडाउन के विरोधी हैं, वे किसी भी अस्पताल की इमरजेंसी में एक घंटा गुजार लें, भयावहता समझ आ जाएगी। जिंदा रहना ज्यादा जरूरी है। जीविका बाद में है। एसएमएस मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रिंसिंपल डॉ. सुधीर भंडारी ने दो टूक कहा- जो लॉकडाउन के विरोधी हैं, वे किसी भी अस्पताल की इमरजेंसी में एक घंटा गुजार लें, भयावहता समझ आ जाएगी। जिंदा रहना ज्यादा जरूरी है। जीविका बाद में है। हमारे 45 डॉक्टर वैक्सीनेशन के बाद भी कोरोना पॉजिटिव हो गए, वे सब एसिम्प्टोमेटिक हैं। उनमें कोई लक्षण नहीं हैं। यह सब वैक्सीन की वजह से हो पाया है, इसलिए सब वैक्सीन लगवाएं।वीसी में चिकित्सा विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव सिद्धार्थ महाजन ने कहा कि आने वाले 13 दिन में कोरोना के 1.30 लाख केस होने की आशंका है। अभी प्रदेश में 67 हजार एक्टिव केस हैं। कोविड से मरने वालों में 30 फसदी ग्रामीण इलाकों के हैं। पहले यह मिथक था कि यह शहरी क्षेत्र की बीमारी है। अब ग्रामीण इलाकों में भी कोविड फैल रहा है। उन्होंने प्रेजेंटेशन के जरिए बताया कि 11 दिन में ऑक्सीजन की मांग दोगुनी हो जाएगी। ग्रामीण इलाकों के ऑक्सीजन प्लांट को भी 24 घंटे प्रोडक्शन के लिए कह दिया है। इंडस्ट्रियल ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई को रोककर मेडिकल में डायवर्ट किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा किकई जिलों में ऑक्सीजन बेड करीब-करीब फुल हो गए हैं। ऑक्सीजन सप्लाई के लिए भारत सरकार से वीसी की गई है। ऑक्सीजन प्लांट्स को 24 घंटे बिजली दी जाएगी । दिनभर की लंबी जदोजहद और मैराथन बैठकों के बाद लॉक डाउन के विकल्प के रूप में राजस्थान सरकार ने जन अनुशासन पखवाड़ा घोषित कर दिया है। जिसके आदेश राज्य के गृह विभाग ने जारी कर दिए है, शासन सचिव सुरेश गुप्ता के हस्ताक्षर से जारी आदेश में बताया गया कि 19 अप्रेल प्रातः पांच बजे से 3 मई प्रातः पांच बजे तक यह पखवाड़ा चलेगा। लॉक डाउन के इस रूप में कार्यस्थल, व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान व बाजार बंद रहेंगे। लेकिन काफी हद तक छूटें भी शामिल हैं। इस बार लॉक डाउन के इस नये रूप में समस्त उद्योग व निर्माण संबंधी इकाईयों में कार्य करने की अनुमति दी गई है, ऐसे में मजदूरों का पलायन रोका जा सकेगा। वहीं किराना, फल-सब्जी, दूध, डेयरी की रिटेल व होलसेल दुकानें अनुमत रहेंगी। इस बार प्रोसेस्ड फूड, मिठाई की दुकानों व रेस्टोरेंट्स को रात आठ बजे तक होम डिलीवरी हेतु कार्य करने की अनुमति दी गई है। बता दे, 59 घण्टे के वीकेंड लॉक डाउन के दौरान जो छूट दी गई थी वही अधिकतर राहत इस लॉकडाउन के नए वर्जन जन अनुशासन पखवाड़ा में दी गई है । देखे विस्तार से गाइडलाइन—-
