जयपुर@जागरूक जनता। राज्य में समर्थन मूल्य पर मूंगफली के 7 जिलों (बीकानेर, श्रीगंगानगर, जैसलमेर, जोधपुर, नागौर, सीकर एवं टोंक के 24 खरीद केन्द्रों पर तथा मूंग के 11 जिलों अजमेर, बीकानेर, श्रीगंगानगर, हनुमानगढ़, जयपुर, जैसलमेर, झुंझुनूं, जोधपुर, नागौर, सीकर एवं टोंक) के 48 खरीद केन्द्रों पर पंजीयन सीमा को 20 प्रतिशत बढ़ाया है। मूंग के लिए 23 जनवरी तक मूंगफली के लिए 5 फरवरी तक किसान क्रय केन्द्र या ई-मित्र केन्द्रों पर पंजीयन करा सकते है। यह जानकारी सहकारिता मंत्री उदयलाल आंजना ने बुधवार को दी है।
आंजना ने बताया कि खरीफ 2021 में समर्थन मूल्य पर मूंग, उड़द एवं मूंगफली की अब तक 489 करोड़ रुपये की खरीद कर ली गयी है। भारत सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत 90 दिवस की खरीद अवधि के तहत 29 जनवरी तक मूंग, उड़द एवं सोयाबीन की खरीद होगी तथा मूंगफली की खरीद 15 फरवरी तक होगी। अब तक कुल पंजीकृत 98 हजार 149 किसानों में से 93 हजार 475 किसानों को जिन्स तुलाई की दिनांक राजफैड़ द्वारा आवंटित कर दी गयी है। सोयाबीन के बाजार भाव समर्थन मूल्य दर से अधिक होने के कारण किसानों द्वारा समर्थन मूल्य योजना में सोयाबीन का बेचान नहीं किया गया है।
सहकारिता मंत्री ने बताया कि इस वर्ष असमय वर्षा होने के कारण मूंग की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित हुई है जिससे कई मण्डियों में बदरंग व क्षतिग्रस्त मूंग की मात्रा अधिक है। इस पर भारत सरकार को मूंग के गुणवत्ता मापदण्डों में क्षतिग्रस्त दानों की स्वीकार्य मात्रा 3 प्रतिशत के स्थान पर 10 प्रतिशत मात्रा तक खरीद करने की अनुमति प्रदान करने हेतु अनुरोध किया गया था। भारत सरकार द्वारा इस अनुरोध को स्वीकार न कर मूंग की निर्धारित गुणवत्ता मापदण्डों के अनुरूप ही खरीद करने के निर्देश दिये गये है।
प्रबंध निदेशक राजफैड श्रीमती सुषमा अरोड़ा ने बताया कि 21 हजार 900 किसानों से 41 हजार 561 मीट्रिक टन मूंग खरीदा गया है। जिसकी राशि लगभग 302 करोड़ रूपये है। 14 हजार 814 किसानों से 33 हजार 647 मीट्रिक टन मूंगफली की खरीद की गई है। जिसकी राशि 187 करोड़ रूपये है। किसानों से समर्थन मूल्य पर क्रय किये गये दलहन-तिलहन पेटे 308 करोड़ रुपये का 23 हजार 162 किसानों को उनके खाते में ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया जा चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि दलहन एवं तिलहन की खरीद क्रय केन्द्रों पर भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मापदण्डों के अनुरूप ही की जाए।
