बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। परीक्षा में नकल गिरोह कितना बेखोफ और शातिर है उसका अंदाजा आज पटवार भर्ती परीक्षा 2021 में नकल की वारदात को अंजाम देने के तैयारी में लगे गिरोह के सदस्य की गिरफ्तारी से पता चलता है । हालांकि पुलिस की सतर्कता बड़ी काम आई जिससे परीक्षा शुरु होने से पहले ही नकल गिरोह पर पुलिस ने छापेमारी की और गिरोह का सदस्य पुलिस टीम के हत्थे चढ़ गया। कुछ दिन पहले रीट परीक्षा में नकल पर नकेल कसने की कार्यवाही को नजरअंदाज करते हुए एक बार फिर से पुलिस को चेलेंज देते हुए पटवार परीक्षा में नकल का साम्राज्य बिछाने की तैयारी थी जिसे पहले से एक्टिव गंगाशहर पुलिस व डीएसटी टीम ने जमीदोंज करते हुए गिरोह के सदस्य आदर्श विद्या मंदिर स्कूल के पीछे, गंगाशहर निवासी राजाराम विश्नोई पुत्र हजारीराम विश्नोई व परीक्षार्थी जैतासर सुजानगढ़ चुरू निवासी उम्मेदाराम पुत्र नौलाराम को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, वहीं सुदर्शना नगर निवासी पौरव कालेर पुत्र ओमप्रकाश कालेर तथा मूंडसर नापासर निवासी बाबूलाल पुत्र गिरधारीलाल मूंड को नामजद किया गया है। आरोपियों से 21 डिवाइस सिम, 32 मोबाइल फोन बॉक्स अटैची, बैटरी, 4 मक्खी, चिमटी, एक एचएमडीटी मशीन सहित अन्य उपकरण बरामद किए गए हैं।
पुलिस के अनुसार 23-24 अक्टूबर को होने वाली पटवार भर्ती परीक्षा में नकल गिरोह के सक्रिय होने की संभावनाएं थीं। इस पुलिस पहले से अलर्ट थी। इनपुट मिलते ही गंगाशहर पुलिस व डीएसटी एक्शन में आई। शुक्रवार देर रात राजाराम व परीक्षार्थी उम्मेदाराम को दबोचा लिया गया। पौरव कालेर के निवास पर भी दबिश दी, मगर वह एक घंटे पहले ही वहां से फरार हो चुका था। हालांकि परीक्षा शुरू होने की पूर्व रात्रि ही गिरोह की प्लानिंग पर पुलिस ने पानी फेर दिया, ऐसे में नकल रोक ली गई। राजाराम से पूछताछ में सामने आया है कि पौरव कालेर उसका सरगना है। बाबूलाल उसके व पौरव के बीच की कड़ी है। राजाराम नकल करवाने के बदले एक परीक्षार्थी से 5-7 लाख लेता । जिसमें एक लाख रूपए वह खुद रखता तथा बाकी रकम पौरव को देता। इस राशि में कुछ एडवांस व बाकी चैक लिए जाते हैं। बाबूलाल की भूमिका इसमें परीक्षार्थी चिन्हित करने आदि की बताई जा रही है। राजाराम नकल करवाने संबंधी प्रशिक्षण कालेर से ही प्राप्त करता है। सौदे तय होने के बाद परीक्षा से एक दो दिन पहले परीक्षार्थियों को डिवाइस व नकल के तरीकों की ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है।
हाल ही में नकल की आशंका को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने एचएमडीटी मशीन से परीक्षार्थियों को चैक करने का आदेश जारी किया था। इस मशीन को चकमा देने के लिए आरोपियों द्वारा मशीन की क्षमता भी जांची जा रही थी। आरोपी ऐसा कुछ करने की कोशिश में थे जिससे उनके डिवाइस मशीन की पकड़ से बाहर रहे। ब्लूटूथ व मक्खी को इस तरह सैट किया जाता है कि किसी को शक भी ना हो सके।पूछताछ में सामने आया है कि इस पूरे डिवाइस को बहुत ही बारीकी से तैयार किया जाता है। डिवाइस को अंडर गारमेंट्स में छुपाकर परीक्षा स्थल पर जाया जाता है।
पुलिस के अनुसार पौरव कालेर रीट परीक्षा से जुड़े नकल गिरोह के सरगना तुलछाराम कालेर का भतीजा है। पौरव कालेर इस तरह की गतिविधियों में लंबे समय से शामिल है। उसके खिलाफ 2014 में जेएनवीसी थाने में मुकदमा हो रखा है।
पहली पारी में 57.76 तथा दूसरी में 58.64 प्रतिशत परीक्षार्थी रहे उपस्थित
राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा पटवार सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा 2021 का आयोजन शनिवार दो पारियों में किया गया। अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (शहर) एवं परीक्षा समन्वयक अरुण प्रकाश शर्मा ने बताया कि पहली पारी प्रातः 8.30 से 11.30 बजे तक आयोजित हुई। इस पारी में कुल 18 हजार 21 परीक्षार्थी पंजीकृत थे। इनमें से 10 हजार 409 परीक्षार्थी उपस्थित रहे। वहीं 7 हजार 612 अनुपस्थित रहे। इस प्रकार 57.76 प्रतिशत परीक्षार्थी उपस्थित रहे। दूसरी पारी दोपहर 2.30 से सायं 5.30 बजे तक हुई। इसमें 18 हजार 22 पंजीकृत परीक्षार्थियों में से 10 हजार 569 उपस्थित तथा 7 हजार 453 अनुपस्थित रहे। इस प्रकार दूसरी पारी में 58.64 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति रही। शर्मा ने बताया कि रविवार को भी दो पारियों में परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी।
