बीकानेर@जागरूक जनता। ऊर्जा तथा जन स्वास्थ्य एवं अभियांत्रिकी मंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला ने सोमवार को लालगढ़ गुरुद्वारा रोड पर दो रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज (आरयूबी) निर्माण कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया। इनके निर्माण पर चार करोड़ रुपये व्यय होंगे तथा छह महीनों में यह कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
इस दौरान सभा को सम्बोधित करते हुए ऊर्जा मंत्री डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा की गई घोषणाओं की अनुपालना में गुरुद्वारा के पास तथा कुचीलपुरा कब्रिस्तान के सामने चौखूंटी सड़क पर नए आरयूबी बनाए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक पर दो-दो करोड़ रुपये व्यय होंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इन आरयूबी के बनने से मोहल्ला पंजाबगिरान, सुभाषपुरा, रानीसर बास, एमएस कॉलेज के आर पास के क्षेत्र, मुक्ता प्रसाद, सर्वाेदय बस्ती और रामपुरा क्षेत्र के लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ होगा। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए निर्धारित अवधि में पूर्ण गुणवत्ता के साथ इनका निर्माण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने इस दौरान वार्ड 55 के सामुदायिक भवन के लिए विधायक कोष से दस लाख रुपये स्वीकृत किए तथा कृपाल भैरव मंदिर में ट्यूबवैल बनाने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर को विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ने के लिए वे सतत प्रयासरत हैं। गोगागेट से उदयरामसर सर्किल और उरमूल सर्किल से करमीसर फांटा तक की सड़क को सिक्स लेन का करवाया जा रहा है। नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा सर्वाेदय बस्ती और पूगल रोड सब्जी मंडी सड़क के चौड़ाईकरण की योजना है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र में सड़कों से जुड़े कार्यों के लिए 7.5 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। यह कार्य प्रगति पर है। आमजन की मांग के अनुसार नए ट्यूबवेल स्वीकृत किए जा रहा हैं।
डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि नगर निगम एवं यूआईटी द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र के सभी श्मशान एवं कब्रिस्तान की चार दीवारी बनवाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। हाल ही में मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा गेबना पीर रोड पर बनने वाले 132 केवी जीएसएस का शिलान्यास किया गया है। इसके बनने के बाद शहरवासियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण बिजली मिल सकेगी। इसी प्रकार शहर और आसपास के क्षेत्रों की वर्ष 2052 तक की आवश्यकता को देखते हुए लगभग 600 करोड़ रुपये की पेयजल योजना स्वीकृत करवाई गई है। इसके तहत दो रिजर्व वायर, दो फिल्टर प्लांट, लगभग 600 किलोमीटर पाइपलाइन कार्य तथा पानी की 18 टंकियां बनाई जाएंगी।
नगर विकास न्यास के पूर्व अध्यक्ष मकसूद अहमद ने कहा कि दो आरयूबी बनने से आमजन की आवाजाही सुलभ होगी तथा यातायात दवाब कम होगा। सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य अभियंता सुधीर माथुर ने आरयूबी और विभाग द्वारा करवाए जाने वाले अन्य कार्यों की जानकारी दी।
इस दौरान सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधीक्षक अभियंता डी. पी. सोनी, अधीक्षण अभियंता बसंत आचार्य, पार्षद जावेद पड़िहार, महेन्द्र कल्ला, पार्षद शिव शंकर बिस्सा, मनोज जनागल, सत्तार खान, शहजाद खां, श्याम सुंदर पारीक, ताराचंद चौधरी, अब्दुल पड़िहार, शब्बीर पंवार, हाजी गफ्फूर खान, मौला बख्श, गनी खा, डॉ. मिर्जा हैदर बैग सहित अनेक गणमान्य नागरिक मौजूद रहे।
