नई दिल्ली। राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने शनिवार को जम्मू-कश्मीर के किश्तवाड़ में सुरक्षा बलों के पास से सर्विस हथियार छीनने के मामले में हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन (एचएम) के तीन आतंकियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर की है। एनआईए के एक प्रवक्ता ने यहां कहा कि आतंकवाद रोधी जांच एजेंसी ने जम्मू की एक अदालत में एचएम आतंकवादियों – जफर हुसैन, तनवीर अहमद मलिक और तारक हुसैन गिरी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर किया है। अधिकारी ने आगे कहा कि अपराध में शामिल अन्य तीन आतंकी – ओसामा बिन जावेद, हारून अब्बास वनी और जाहिद हुसैन के खिलाफ आरोप समाप्त कर दिए जाएंगे क्योंकि सुरक्षा बलों के साथ हुई मुठभेड़ में ये मारे गए हैं। अधिकारी ने बताया कि डीसी किश्तवाड़ के एस्कॉर्ट इंचार्ज का सर्विस हथियार छीनने के मामले में 8 मार्च, 2019 को जम्मू-कश्मीर के किश्तवाड़ जिले में मामला दर्ज किया गया था। एनआईए ने 2 नवंबर, 2019 को इसकी जांच की जिम्मेदारी अपने कंधे पर ली। अधिकारी ने कहा कि जांच के दौरान यह पाया गया कि तात्कालिक मामला किश्तवाड़ में साल 2018-2019 के दौरान हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन द्वारा किए गए कई आतंकवादी कृत्यों में से एक था। अधिकारी के मुताबिक, इन सभी आतंकी गतिविधियों का उद्देश्य आतंक फैलाना था। अधिकारी ने यह भी कहा कि ओसामा बिन जावेद, हारून अब्बास वनी और जाहिद हुसैन साल 2019 और 2020 में विभिन्न स्थानों पर सुरक्षा बलों के साथ मुठभेड़ में मारे गए हैं।
