जयपुर। राजस्थान में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर से सरकार के हाथ-पांव फूला गए हैं। शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत की अधिकारियों और विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों के साथ हुई बैठक के दूसरे दिन रविवार को सरकार ने नई गाइडलाइन जारी करते हुए कई पाबंदियां लगाई हैं। इसके तहत स्कूलों में कक्षा 1 से 9वीं तक की नियमित कक्षाएं बंद रहेंगी। साथ ही, स्नातक (यूजी) और स्नातकोत्तर (पीजी) की फाइनल इयर की क्लासों को छोड़कर शेष क्लासेज बंद करने के आदेश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही सरकार ने जिम, सिनेमाघर, स्विमिंग पूल को भी 5 से 19 अप्रैल तक बंद रखने का निर्णय किया है।
हालांकि, राहत की बात ये है कि नाइट कर्फ्यू की समयावधि (रात 10 से सुबह 5 बजे) को यथावत रखा है। सरकार ने जिलों में कलेक्टर और पुलिस आयुक्त (कमिश्नर) को नाइट कर्फ्यू लगाने के संबंध में विशेष अधिकार दिए हैं। अगर किसी जिले में नाइट कर्फ्यू रात 8 बजे से पहले और सुबह 6 बजे के बाद कर्फ्यू लगाना है, तो उसके लिए राज्य सरकार से अनुमति लेनी होगी।
इधर, रेस्टोरेंट्स संचालकों को नाइट कर्फ्यू में दी छूट को वापस ले लिया है। नई गाइडलाइन के तहत रेस्टोरेंट्स में नाइट कर्फ्यू से पहले तक बैठाकर खाना खिलवा सकेंगे, उसके बाद टेक अवे या होम डिलीवरी की ही सुविधा दे सकेंगे।
100 से ज्यादा नहीं जा सकेंगे शादी समारोह में
आगामी दिनों में मांगलिक कार्यों (शादी-समारोह) पर भी एक बार फिर कोरोना का ग्रहण लग गया। सरकार ने समारोह में मेहमानों की अधिकतम सीमा 100 निर्धारित की है। मौजूदा समय में शादी समारोह में मेहमानों के लिए अधिकतम सीमा 200 है।
ये जारी किए नए नियम
- कक्षा 1 से 9वीं तक की क्लासेज नहीं लगेगी। कॉलेज शिक्षा में अंतिम वर्ष के अलावा शेष सभी यूजी और पीजी के नियमित कक्षाएं बंद रहेगी, लेकिन प्रैक्टिकल क्लास के लिए अनुमति रहेगी।
- रेस्टोरेंट पर नाइट कर्फ्यू लागू होगा, लेकिन टेक अवे और डिलीवरी की व्यवस्था सुचारू रख सकेंगे। अर्थात नाइट कर्फ्यू के दौरान रेस्टोरेंट में बैठाकर खाना नहीं खिला सकेंगे।
- सिनेमा घर, मल्टीप्लेक्स, मनोरंजन पार्क, जिम, स्विमिंग पूल बंद रहेंगे।
- सामाजिक, धार्मिक, राजनैतिक, खेल, मनोरंजन व शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम या आयोजन सशर्त हो सकेंगे। इसमें इंडोर एक्टिविटी हॉल की क्षमता का 50 प्रतिशत कैपेसिटी के साथ अधिकतम 100 से ज्यादा व्यक्तियों की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
- राजकीय कार्यालयों में 75% कर्मचारियों को ही काम पर बुलाया जाएगा।
- जहां कोरोना के मरीज ज्यादा हैं, वहां राज्य के लोगों को यात्रा करने से बचने की सलाह।
एक सप्ताह में 8 हजार केस मिले
राजस्थान में एक सप्ताह में 8 हजार केस मिले हैं, जबकि 16 मरीजों की संक्रमण से मौत हो चुकी है। राजस्थान में शनिवार को सबसे अधिक 1675 मरीज मिले हैं, जो 7 दिसंबर के बाद अब तक मिले आंकड़ों में सबसे अधिक है।
हर सप्ताह 56% बढ़ रहे एक्टिव केस
